We have ordered Nancy’s Pizza consistently for over 30 years. We order from the Woodridge location once every week to 10 days. The delivery guy knows us well and chit chats about travel and life with every delivery.Tonight we received a horrible, inedible pizza. It was burnt, dried out and had cardboard crust. I spoke with Bobby, the manager and even sent him a photo of the pizza. He repeatedly said the pizza was fine, that there was no way it was burnt, and refused to do anything. I guess Nancy’s doesn’t understand the value of a lifetime customer or the common sense of customer service. Well Nancy’s, You lost an avid fan and loyal customer tonight….And hopefully many more once people read this review and see the pictures of a so called “just fine” pizza. Its Tortorice’s for us from now on. They have delicious pizza….lower prices….quicker delivery…and phenomenal customer service.

Always good never disappoints . The crust is not to crunchy not to soft. The sauce is perfectly paired with the vegies and meat.

As hard as I tried to be nice to the person on the phone she wanted nothing to do with taking my order and just wanted to get off the phone and I found it a little offsetting. I love Nancy's I love the food and I felt like I got hung up on. I know it's busy but sometimes if someone on the other end is trying to be nice just take a few seconds a few seconds goes a long way especially in our world today.

Amazing pizza! I've had the rustic crust, deep dish and thin crust. All very good. The salads are super fresh and love the vinaigrette dressing. Fettuccine Alfredo is great. Garlic bread, breadsticks, onion rings all good. My family has a new favorite pizza place!
Food tasted great and stuffed pizza was basically just like a deep dish. Not sure if they got the order wrong but still great tasting pizza nonetheless. Boneless wings were very mediocre and nothing special but weren’t bad. Would deff eat here again!

Ordered sausage and mushroom deep dish—only got mushrooms. They will never get an order again. Lou Malnatis always gets it right, and will continue to get my business. Pathetic. And $40.00. Lou’s crust is way better.
