I like this Starbucks and I come here often but the workers ignore people like their in a rush , they look at you clearly knowing your standing their because you need something and ignore you , no sort of customer service , I will no longer spend my money at this Starbucks , I will now go to the one located inside of jewel Osco.

The worst location! People at the drive thru are so rude! I ordered customized drink and she gave me half a cup of coffee, I said wasn't what I wanted. But she said if they add more milk she would have to charge me extra??!!!!

Hailey, the morning barista CANNOT handle stress and has extremely poor customer service skills. That’s apparent simply by how Hailey talked to me, others and sometimes, herself.

Maybe the morning shift is not the place for Hailey?

Every time I come to this Starbucks I see the baristas running around like crazy. I like to come here after work, but I always expect to wait more than 10 minutes for my order, because it’s always extremely busy and there’s only 2 or 3 of them trying to do everything. It seems like they never have enough staff in the evening, and recently they keep running out of everything, like the chai which is very disappointing because chai is my favorite. Especially last week and the week before they had almost nothing, and the baristas were so apologetic it was sad. It’s a wonder this store is still in business. Don’t even get me started on the flies. I don’t even fault the baristas themselves because it’s obvious how stressed they are. Most other starbucks I’ve frequented have had the same baristas for years and they seem much happier, but here I see new workers every month at this point, assuming it’s because this store would suck to work for so nobody wants to stick around. Whoever’s in charge of this Starbucks needs to actually make an effort to fix things, or they’re gonna lose my business and everyone else’s.

Parking: If you park in the main lot in front of the store, good luck getting out when you need to leave. You might get blocked in by their massive drive thru line.
