Service is horrible. I had a mobile order and items were not ready at the same time. You would think that it makes sense to make items in the same order at the same time, but apparently this Starbucks doesn’t care. I had to wait a good 10 minutes while my items were put out one by one very slowly. This was my 2nd visit here in the past 2 months and it was same thing both times.

I am a frequent customer of Starbucks and I am highly disappointed with the service I received at this location. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations and left me feeling frustrated.
The staff member I interacted with was unhelpful and dismissive when I requested to add an item onto my order at the pickup window. I felt rushed rather than supported. The manager then made a comment towards my child that was unkind and unnecessary leaving me and my child feeling upset and uncomfortable.
Customer service plays an important role in a business’s reputation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so improvements can be made to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Very update with the way this store handled a very simple issue. On December 21st, my order was missing a sandwich. I called the store and was told that the next time I came in, they would replace it. That never happened. When I returned, the employees claimed there was no note, no record, and no knowledge of the situation.
I asked to speak with the store manager and was told that person was “not available” . Doesn’t seem like it exists or they care. Sad to say loyal customer are treated this way .
I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue until now. Instead of standing behind their word and fixing a simple mistake, I paid for the sandwich again. This is not about the cost—it’s about the complete lack of accountability
The service at this location has gone downhill fast. If you’re looking for help or leadership, don’t ask for the store manager—because according to this store,doesnt seem like anyone cares .

Every time I come to this location they make me late for work. My pickup time was set for 9:41 on the app and then I didn’t receive my coffee till 9:50 Three of the baristas were just sitting there talking to each other. Waited almost 20 minutes total for my latte.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chai latte, and I asked for extra chai. I think I accidentally said “extra chai shots,” which confused Erin into thinking I meant extra espresso shots. When I saw the extra $2.50 on the screen, I assumed maybe they had started charging for extra chai, so I didn’t question it. I thought she would clarify that I was getting extra chai. She just seemed to have very low energy during the interaction.
Thanks to the lady with a lot pins on her apron for fixing the problem.

Always out of Pecan Syrup. Drive thru line is the worst ever. I drive through the lot or just pass this location up due to the drive thru line going out both ways and makes no sense. The developer failed. Starbucks failed on this one. Sorry.

Tried to order the pictured item from the menu board- Erin in the drive through kept condescendingly telling me she didn’t know what I meant and “you must mean the caramel ribbon crunch” no queen I’m reading word for word off the menu board. Showed her the picture at drive through and she said “yeah that board changes and I’m not going out to check it every time I come here.” Like what?

Service is still extremely slow. Avoid this location.
This is the slowest Starbucks in the world. I’m literally typing this review waiting in a line that has not moved. Absolutely ridiculous. Never will be back
Slowest Starbucks ever 25 mins for a latte. It can out faster only after I asked. Also bees flying throughout the entire store kinda gross!

Corporate: this is the absolute slowest Starbucks in America. Every single time. It’s honestly insane. Doesn’t matter if it’s 9AM. Or 4PM (like it is now) I haven’t moved in 10 minutes. I don’t know what needs to be done but something needs to be.
*edit, back at 2PM on a Monday 10 people standing around inside for mobile and pick up orders and a drive through line that isn’t moving.

Almost a year we are going same direction and we are trying to avoid this location with the slow motion service. Today we decided to try. 4 cars drive true waiting time in line 20 minutes. My order i ordered online 5-10 minutes before I arrived. Order was not ready. They gave me my pink drink without a strawberries. It took some time again till they added. Go away from this place.
