They had the best service!!! Coffee was always perfect the last couple of weeks it's complete trash! My coffee is never right they got rid of the good people and have all these newbies obvnot trained well

Jackie advised drive through was closed for improvements and I had to go inside. Super inconvenient as there were no cones or anything outside stating that it was closed. But oh it will open again in 10 minutes. Why? That makes no sense and when I advised that it was inconvenient as I have things to do besides wait inside for my coffee now for a drive through that should be open. Jackie advised me to come earlier. While she walked away as she knew she was in the wrong and the cashier refused to tell me Jackie’s name and it wasn’t until Jackie came over to finish my order did she mention that I can pay for my order then. So Jackie please do better and put up cones or something if you’re gonna be closed for any amount of time.

Idk why but this Starbucks store is the worse store in the county. The employees here really don’t care about quality at all. Go some where else if you’re reading this.

This is hands down THE WORST Starbucks store to go to. This is the only store that makes EVERY drink you get incorrectly. I know because the drinks are AMAZING at ANY OTHER store but this one. Been a local for 6 years now. Employees are extremely young and unprofessional. They have the attitude like they think I should be grateful for getting whatever half effort drink/ concoction they came up with after spending $8 + per drink. I buy for my family which is $30+ every time I come. But I’m NEVER coming to this location and going to urge family and friends not to come here until they make the necessary changes at management or the employees because this is not how you conduct business I feel bad for the ownership that these employees will run this place to the ground unless you guys don’t get some quality control people over here to RETRAIN THE EMPLOYEES. I would know a thing or 2 about conducting business I’m a regional manager and I employee 200 people in northern Illinois. Please fix this.

Great Starbucks but they will absolutely FREEZE you out of there during the summer. Would love to be able to stay and work here during the day but they keep it way too cold. Not just me, everyone was going to their cars when it was 90 out to get jackets.

Drinks are usually made correctly, however when paying I've noticed an uncomfortable trend with a few of the batistas. If you don't leave a tip their whole demeanor changes. Very cringy. Especially when I typically always tip. You shouldn't feel obligated however. Be pleasant regardless to if you are tip or not.

While my drink tasted good. It took over 20 mins to make. There was no one inside and maybe 4 cars in the driveway. By far the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. The team was moving like molasses inside.

Didn't get what I asked for multiple times, and waited way too long!!! And the order was simple, coffee w steam h&h... disappointed goofy barista that didn't listen to anything!

Stopped by an hour before close and they were a bit slow so Cass had time to chat with us while we waited for my drink. She was super kind and made the experience all worth going! :)
