Bought a sandwich. Drove home. Got home and the bread was rock hard. I instantly returned and explained my bread was very stale I’d like a new one please. The two workers (male and female) talked amongst themselves for a minute in their language and began laughing. The man turns to me and from what I understood was explaining that this sandwich was not from today. But he’ll make me a new one anyway.. I said um I was literally just here five minutes ago, they look at each other and smile more. “Yea our bread is fresh we didn’t give this to you” If they thought I was lying or scamming or whatever then why did he even agree to make a new one. And what reason would I have for doing that and why would they even think I brought a sandwich from yesterday from a different location? Very strange and it upset me a lot so here’s my review.

As soon as you walk in, you feel the greatest overwhelming service that the staff provides. The man at the register was kind, funny, and helpful. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a long time. We walked in during busy lunch time. You can tell he genuinely loves his job and the customers! I wish I would have gotten his name! But kudos to him!

Store 2303 , 63 rd st , Woodridge IL - 60517 I am very happy to say that today I visited this store & when I entered the store, Mr. Ram was at the front C. Ser. & two other employees, Davi & Jay . All are very friendly & I got fast service . First time I got such warm welcome and reception. I visited many state and different Subway, but no where got service and warm help and welcome what We found here. Food quality very testy and fresh. Store also nice & clean. I always love Subway . I Recommend to every subway lovers.
I've been a fan of Subway for a long time and always have sort of hit or miss on the service. Let me tell you today it was definitely a hit, Jay the guy that made my sandwich is super friendly and made the sandwich perfectly. Subway should just hire an entire team of Jays!💯
