As soon as you walk in, you feel the greatest overwhelming service that the staff provides. The man at the register was kind, funny, and helpful. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a long time. We walked in during busy lunch time. You can tell he genuinely loves his job and the customers! I wish I would have gotten his name! But kudos to him!

Store 2303 , 63 rd st , Woodridge IL - 60517 I am very happy to say that today I visited this store & when I entered the store, Mr. Ram was at the front C. Ser. & two other employees, Davi & Jay . All are very friendly & I got fast service . First time I got such warm welcome and reception. I visited many state and different Subway, but no where got service and warm help and welcome what We found here. Food quality very testy and fresh. Store also nice & clean. I always love Subway . I Recommend to every subway lovers.

I've been a fan of Subway for a long time and always have sort of hit or miss on the service. Let me tell you today it was definitely a hit, Jay the guy that made my sandwich is super friendly and made the sandwich perfectly. Subway should just hire an entire team of Jays!💯
This location has great staff . They greeted me with smile and were quick to take my order. My choice was taken care of the way I liked it. I felt like like they made my meal enjoyable, which added to the overall positive experience.

The service was horrible. I always get double meat, so when the young Middle Eastern woman put the meat on, I immediately questioned it. She said it was double, but I've been to MANY Subways (this being my first AND LAST time here) & I didn't feel like arguing with her & causing a scene. If that is how this location does business, then it is VERY DISHONEST, & nobody I know will ever go there!!! I don't know about you, but I prefer giving my business to an honest business!!!

The food and staff are wonderful at this location. Ram, Austin, and Sima make the best sandwiches. Very clean establishment I had the steak and cheese with sweet onion sauce. Soooo good. I’ll definitely be back again.
