Hands down the best soup place in all of Illinois. I have eaten every one of their soups. My favorite is the Pot Pie Soup or the Cheddar Broccoli. So good. Thick, very flavorful. It is as if they stole the Seinfeld Soup Nazi recipes! Sooo good.

The chicken noodles soup was good i enjoyed the broth. Unfortunately the bread on the tuna sandwich was literally rock hard. That's not acceptable to serve to someone, so would not recommend.

Clean establishment, wonderful staff, and great food! We arrived 8 minutes before closing and the staff were super friendly; did not make us feel rushed at all. They allowed us to sample the soups and took the time to provide soup combination suggestions with explanations of soup flavor profiles. Friendly and professional… not at all pretentious. I’m so glad to have this near home! Thank you 🥰

The experience was pk. They ran out of 3 of the popular soup choices. I tried the Sante fe chkin and veg soups. I liked them. I tried the Cuban sandwich. It was very salty. I didn't finish it. Customer service was very good.. I read many of the reviews. Pay attention to the common theme .....

I walked in, and there was a woman who greeted me. I started giving her my order, and she snapped that I needed to tell my order to the cashier. I asked her, "Then why are you standing here greeting people?" She just walked away. I put my order in and asked who she was and was told the manager. Well, the manager that doesn't get her hands dirty at a restaurant has no business being a manager of a restaurant. It's also way overpriced.

I get it. They close at 8pm so I walked in and they only had like four soups available and they seemed annoyed that we walked in so I left. The employee working was rude when I asked if this was all the soup they had. Won’t come back.

Went in with my grandparents at around 11 am on a rainy Sunday, the staff greeted us and asked if we wanted to try some samples of the soups, I tried chicken noodle soup and it was delicious. The broth was warm and full of flavor. The staff explained how they wait to put the noodles in till after its ordered to keep it fresh which is very smart. The cashiers were so sweet! Very friendly! They made our food very quickly and got the order right! Zoup also included labels on the menu to show what their gluten-free and vegetarian options were. The restaurant itself has a cozy vibe to it. And the booths were really comfortable. Their brownies are delicious and have little chocolate pieces in them. 10/10 food, and service. The view outside was a little bland, it was some streets and it is located next to a smoke shop but overall this place is really good!
