Worst Baskin/Dunkin ever! Every time I try and give it another chance it's always horrible. The shakes are straight milk. Literally no flavor. How you have a bland mint chocolate shake is astonishing. The coffees are always wrong or gross. Just shut down already and get something else in its place.

I ordered two items for delivery. They were out of the two flavors for the one order. And put chocolate syrup on the lemon sorbet for the other? Why would anybody have thought to do that... I guess it's chiefs choice over there.

This establishment continues to be a joke. I ordered online to the Woodstock store, paid $25 for the order with Bank card and when I pick up the order I am told they don't carry the items and they can't reimburse me or cancel my payment. I need to call the 800 number on the website. I'm am so disgusted with this store. They are always out of milk! They just don't make sense.

What a mess. Just inside the door was a spilled coffee on the ground we had to walk around. Inside at the seating area there was a young man that works there sitting and doing something on his phone. There was another girl running her tail off behind the counter taking care of the drive through. He finally got up and walked over to help us. We asked for Gold Medal Ribbon. He said we couldn't get that because it was seasonal. ?????? There were multiple ice creams that weren't stocked. We left and he went back to his cell. Had to go to Jewel Osco across the street to get this rare seasonal ice cream called Gold Medal Ribbon. I'm not sure this kid could be anymore lazy.BTW this happened at 6pm 11/28/2022

Absolutely not. Would not recommend to anyone. Why be a vendor on UberEats when they cancel the order every single time. Terrible customer service.

Would not recommend going there as I was told by their staff on a Wednesday night at 8:30pm that he doesn't want to serve me as a customer since they are closing soon. I had called to see if I can stop by (since they closed at 9pm) in about 15 min to get ice cream (banana split to be exact) and I got nothing but the run around and toward the end of the conversation the kid told me simply that he would not recommend me stopping by since he would not take care of my particular order. This was after I already had another location turn the lights out on me and other customers at 8:34pm, though they were open till 11pm.

I am an Uber Eats driver and I just completed an order at this location. Absolutely awful experience. I got there at 8:30, and the door was already locked. Hours posted on the door said they were open til 9. I could clearly see three young women working, one of whom was mopping the floor right by the door. I knocked on the door several times, and she looked up right at me, then walked away and completely ignored me. The other two girls looked directly at me too and also ignored me. I called the store multiple times and they ignored the call. You might think, “Oh, they must have been awfully busy!” Nope. Although the one girl was mopping, the second girl had her phone propped up on a machine and was either checking her hair or taking a selfie. The third girl was just chatting with her and laughing. I then pulled around to check if the drive through was open. It was. When I expressed my frustration in being ignored when I too am just trying to make a living, they argued with me and were extremely rude and condescending. Also, they did not have ANY of the basic ice creams that my customer ordered. I live nearby and I used to come here fairly often with my partner, but after the way I was treated I will not be back.

Went at 845 the were already closing had absolutely no ice cream. Shakes that were made were flavored milk. Will be calling and getting my mobey back.

Worst Baskin Robbins EVER! Every day out of many items and condiments. Yesterday's shake was a watery mess. Wouldn't make a correct one. I could go on about problems but not enough time to tell you. Unfortunately only one in area.

Review based on cake order. Went in to place an order for a cake, chose size and design. Employee who helped me was very nice. Day of pickup, the cake didn't have the design I had asked for. I told the employee (different one than on first visit), and she said - oh, the cake person didn't come in today so we did what we could. ??♀️? Yep, that will be the last time I order a cake there.
