My daughter and I absolutely love Casting Whimsy!! It is such a fun place whether youāre there for a cup of tea or for an afternoon tea. We went for our first afternoon tea yesterday and we thoroughly enjoyed it. They have an amazing array of teas to choose from which have been handcrafted by one of the owners. The food is unique and there are plenty of choices that are gluten sensitive. The decor is whimsical and there is always something new to see. Weāve already scheduled another for next month.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I have 2 severe autoimmune diseases, and struggle with intense body inflammation issues. I went in and asked if they had a specific tea for inflammation and she recommended a tea they have called Golden Naga. I have tried many things for my inflammation, and this tea really does work. I can tell a huge difference in the morning if I forget my tea at night before bed, and again during the day if I forget to drink it in the morning after I wake up. My body hurts far less overall, as long as I drink at least 1 cup a day ... i prefer to do 1 in the morning and 1 at night though. Give this place a try... they are really knowledgeable and more than happy to answer questions in order to find what works for you!

My husband and I did the afternoon tea for our first visit here. It exceeded all expectations!! The tea was great, the food was amazing (best Croissant I have ever had), and the team that was working were kind and very knowledgeable. We can not wait to go back!

I love this lil tea shop. Casting whimsy is truly a gem in Woodstock. The make their own brews and blends and they are so magical and tasty. They have a wide selection of teas for purchase from green tea, to black tea to herbal tea. They make really.tasty goodies and pastries my favorite is the Earl Grey cinnamon roll and the vanilla Chai macarons. They also make these really tasty fizzy teas to go and they are the best! Truly love this place and highly recommend. Plus their afternoon tea events are so fun and relaxing so if youre looking for a fun thing to do on the weekend get on their email list to.get notified of when they do afternoon tea as they only have a small amount of tickets for it.

However, the sweet and savory treats available exponentially provide incentives for return visits! Casting Whimsy Tea graciously hosts our monthly book club as well as provides many of their own events. They are a locally owned business supporting Woodstock in so many wonderful ways.
