If 0 stars was an option, I’d go with that…
They totally messed up my order, charged me for guacamole and didn’t put any in. Burrito was falling apart with grease. Employees had absolutely no experience, but what else can I expect from a couple of teens with zero experience in the food industry. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied which is unacceptable… SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE THE DECISION NOT TO VISIT THIS TRASH LOCATION!

Update: Their customer care team was apparently unable to find my transaction, and unable to rectify the issue. Please do not eat here! Your health depends on it. You don’t want to eat plastic do you?
Found a piece of plastic in my bowl. Did not receive a receipt either to be able to do a review on the website.

Ordered 3 burrito bowls the food looked old. The beans were dried up especially the pinto beans. The fajita veggies were not fresh. The chicken looked old like left overs. Then to top it off they are super skimpy on everything.

Would like to give a huge shout out to the whole morning shift workers Maria Heavy Will Gomez Ana and Ammy I always stop in the restaurant around noon twice a week for lunch. My food is always on point everyone is always very courteous and nice to me this is the best customer service I had in a while anytime I stop in other locations in different cities I get different vibes so I totally appreciate the warm greetings that I receive when I stop in your location keep up the good work and keep making your owner proud hope to see you guys soon God bless!

I ordered a barbacoa bowl and salad both bowls came with carnitas on it..I called about six hours later because I had work and didn’t have a chance to eat to inform them that it was incorrect the girl who answered the phone said “I thought it looked like carnitas let me go check” I was like umm this was six hours ago so why hadn’t anything been done when you thought it looked wrong. Some people can’t eat pork and purposely order beef product to avoid it this is a serious mistake that was blatantly overlooked by the staff. I absolutely hate writing bad reviews but the fact that she acknowledged it and didn’t seem to care really rubbed me the wrong way! If you have any food restrictions I’d be aware!

I visited the Chipotle location in Woodstock, IL, promptly at opening, only to find the store entirely unprepared for customers. The staff was still in the process of prepping the store, raising the obvious question: why wasn’t everything ready as it should have been? I then waited ten minutes to be “assisted” by an employee whose agitation and unprofessional demeanor were evident.

To add insult to injury, the bowl I purchased for $13 is almost devoid of protein—a glaring failure in both value and quality. This experience is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund for my order and compensation for the time wasted. Attached are photos for reference.

My husband tried to place an online order the other night at 9:30 p.m. (they close at 10:00 p.m.) and wasn’t able to, so I drove to the restaurant (because they don’t answer their phone) and was informed you can’t place an online order after 9:45…I got there at 9:43 and they still wouldn’t let us order online. So, I was there 2 minutes before the cutoff and they still said no! We won’t be back and it’s too bad because we were loyal customers.

I've been here multiple times before. Portions were never that great but this was especially the case when I went in earlier this week. Asked for a burrito with extra steak and there was nothing "extra" about the portion they gave me. There would've been little to no difference if I had just gotten a normal portion. I've had bigger normal portions at the chipotle in Crystal lake than the double portions I've gotten here. Ended up paying 20 dollars for it too (just for the burrito). The food tastes good but if you're looking for a filling meal, skip this place.

Tried for first time, because of brisket. Was not like shown on TV, little pieces, fatty and gritty. Then everything offered to go on top, do ya want this,ok that's extra. Over 35 bucks for 2 of us, could have gone to regular restaurant and enjoyed a drink.
