Simply the best around - quality ingredients with perfectly executed texture & flavor - friendly staff - “since 1971” says a bunch - our favorite food in Woodstock!

I can't say it didn't taste good...it did. The food is better and fresher than many Chinese places in the county. However, this kitchen seems to add a fair amount of sugar to many dishes. Sugar can be a health hazard..the lemon chicken I ordered was sweet enough to be dessert. Sechuan chicken, same. If you're ok with starch and sugar, you'll be happy. The service is very cordial but very slow. Can't label these dishes healthy.

Favorite Chinese place in town! The Crab rangoons are the best I've had yet! And the fried chicken dinner is so good. Definitely great comfort food! And can't forget they have great drinks!

Wow, how have we not been here before? We had a couple of appetizers and they were amazing. The main course was just as good and large portions. They went above and beyond making my daughter’s meal vegan. Worth the 40 minute drive.

Vegetarian options: I’m sure they can adjust any recipe.

I don’t think we will be ordering from here again. We tried the take out which was just ok so we decided to try dinning in. The portions are huge and the presentation is great. The flavor however is nowhere to be found, my wife ordered a yellow curry and she described it as very bland, I ordered the beef kung pao and it was sweet as heck almost generic tasting, worst of all there were two sour pieces of meat in my dish, it tasted like when beef goes full brown in the fridge. There was a chili next to the name on the menu to indicate it was spicy, trust me it was not. It was just meh honestly. The pork in the wontons looks plentiful but it is almost all hard fat which was not good, best part of the meal was the veggies and the chicken fried rice. The inside is cute, we just happened to walk in at the right time and got a table it was packed and reservation were needed. Waitress was very nice along with the rest of the staff. To sum it up it’s very expensive basic food, we don’t see what the hype is about.

Ordered on 08-02-24 due to the business having good take out..After spending $93.00 which in today's market unfortunately isn't alot, i get home, and an order of Wonton's out of 2 are not in the bag..I called and the hut apologized and an employee delivered the other order.
Now I'm thinking good customer service until at my get together.the wontons were cooked like pig skins, you couldnt eat them.
I have been going to the hut for yesrs, but the quality needs to come back up for the price the consumer pays.

Best sit-down Chinese food I've ever had. I'm really picky when it comes to orange chicken and chop sueys is top notch

Wanted to give a new restaurant a chance and ordered the vegan options for menu items just to get home and see as soon as I open the food that there is pork in it. They was even labeling on the container marking it as vegan. Very, very disappointing and careless.
