When you order flavor of the day, don’t expect to get what it’s supposed to be. The last 3 times we’ve ordered it there was hardly anything that was supposed to be in it. It was basically just chocolate or vanilla.

Given wrong food, called they took my email to send coupons to cover the money I spent. Never came called three weeks later to pickup our meal, no we won't be able to give it to you. Lied to about being reimbursed and even felt Fernando was lying when I went to pickup our meal. You will have to drive back right away to get what you paid for corrected. (Management bad, workers polite and good)

I've always loved the food at Culver's and continue to they have plenty of options to pick with their famous custard you can get, they have a great team at the Woodstock location that have always been friendly to me.

Husband and I are on a road trip and when we arrived, the staff were very polite and the bathrooms were very clean. We got our food and it was hot and fresh, and one of the workers even asked us if he could take our tray for us. Great service, thank you!
