Tonight was the second time my order was a nightmare. Sat inside waiting to pick up our pizzas for 35 minutes that was about 10 minutes after I ordered on the app. Watching the tracking board saying my order was ready.

Was to be another 2 minutes. 15 minutes later they said it would be up in 2 more minutes. 10 minutes later I walked out. Without the pizza. Never ordering from this location again. NOPE!

This dominos has always been hit or miss, but tonight was the worst. I'll never get pizza here again. Total waste of money. Ruined my whole night. Literally tossed the crap out because it was so messed up. All they gave me in return was a free medium pizza that I will NOT be redeeming. Better to spend your money elsewhere. This dominos SUCKS!

The pizza I ordered tonight was one of the worst pizzas I have ever seen. To start, it wasn't even cut, and we had to do it ourselves. The cheese and the sauce were spilling over off the side of the pizza like it was severely jostled during delivery. It was so cold that the cheese had coagulated and was almost inedible. To top it all off, this was nearly $40. Total waste of money. Better to buy from a small business with quality pizza at a similar price.

We want to thank the domino's pizza staff in Woodstock for being amazing for our students at Menta Academy Woodstock!They had 40 pizzas ready at 11:10am when they open at 10:30am. The students were overjoyed on their last day of Summer school! We cant thank you enough for all of your help and hard work.! Thank you!!!

Ordered delivery said 18-29 minutes took almost an hour and half and the pizza was under cooked and the pasta was basicly dried out noodles and meat...shitty service everytime

Edit: I have changed the review to reflect the accuracy of the customer service from both the remaining employees who acted professionally and customer service’s prompt response to my concerns. This is one of my favorite places in town.

This is a review solely for the employee, Michael, and is not a reflection on this specific location otherwise. I ordered my pizza for the wrong location unbeknownst to me but Michael stated it was in the oven. 45 minutes of waiting later, the other employees had to clean up his mess after he left with deliveries and figured out that they never had my order to begin with. These other employees were outstanding and kind, and had excellent work ethic vs Michael’s. During my wait, I also noticed Michael was wallowing around the kitchen, arguing with fellow employees, and overall just was unpleasant at helping his team. His coworkers were stressed and it’s a shame that he brings them down. He helped another customer and was very dismissive in attitude with the young man before me as well. He kept asking if he had paid, asked for his name multiple times after calling it, and this caused the customer to appear irritated in my opinion. Based on what I witnessed in the short waiting period, I can only offer sympathy to the remaining staff members who had to pick up his slack. It’s not fair to not be helping out properly when your team is working hard around you on a busy Saturday night…
