2 Weeks ago used drive through, left after getting my screwed up order and smelling like cigarette smoke on me and inside my car due to a Dunkin senior employee smoking between the drive-thru window and order signage. Thanks! Last week, same senior employee was at the drive up window, no eye contact, no greeting, wanted the money, spoke like she hated her job, and like i was bothering her, when she tried handing me my order, she slammed the bag into the right frame of the drive...read full review
My daughter just brought home a Carmel Macchiato from your store and it felt half full I opened the lid and it was 2/3 full because of the foam, I add sugar and stir and it is only half full. Very disappointed for a half cup of coffee when expectations were for a full cup.
Every single time we go there they throw the donuts together in a bag and all the chocolate melts off all over the other ones! So we decided we’ll just order a half dozen so we get a box....well once again they tip the long john donuts on to there side to jam them into the box and all the chocolate runs off the donut before getting home! All my kids want is a donut with the frosting on it is that too much to ask?!

Dunkin' offers a variety of sandwiches that are very good, especially the one a customer had recently. Some customers are disappointed with the removal of the $2 Happy Hour coffee deal. Despite hit or miss employee service, regular customers receive quick service. The sweet tea is excellent, and the restaurant provides top-notch service with great happy hour prices. Dunkin' is kid-friendly with its donuts and has sufficient parking and wheelchair accessibility.
