Go in knowing what you want cause they want to take your order when U first walk in standing in middle of dining room, I moved up to the counter to order and I was left to stand there after 15 minutes I left to find food elsewhere. And NOT McD eather Woodstock has very few choices

Every time I come here the latte/espresso machine is not working :/
Just a bunch of young weirdos, who can't even do their job, and the worst part is

How is it every time no matter if you order through the drive through, in store or online the food is cool. Not even lukewarm. Getting a drink is super hit or miss of whether it will be made correctly. I will say the staff is helpful if you do need something but overall this is the worst dunkin around. Will I stop going? Probably not.

I have tried to make this my go to Dunkin and have failed repeatedly. They always get my order wrong, if I ask for caramel they give me French vanilla, if I ask for extra ice they give me light ice. Disappointed…

I often order from this location and every time without a doubt when I stand by the pick up section for my online order you get ignored. They never put out the online order they just sit behind the counter. Like if you going to keep the orders at least acknowledge people who are picking up. I will say my order is always done quickly and haven't really had a bad drink but the customer service is something else.

honestly insane how poorly staff listens to customers. mistakes are never corrected and for a coffee place that relies on machines to measure out espresso/milk/sugar etc. there’s no reason why a latte should be as poorly made as this one was today. one barista to another a latte should never come up this dark!!

Every time I come to this location, the speaker has been really hard to hear or even speak to. The people taking the orders can barely speak english and they interrupt. The past three times I’ve ordered here they have gotten my order wrong and seemingly had an attitude. Today I ordered with my dad and he said something about it, and I saw glares from another worker. I’m honestly not coming back here after that. I think the coffee and food is great, but the service really ruined it for me.

Worst experience here with a manager named MARTHA. Made my order wrong then expected me to pay again for the correct drink. She should be fired immediately.
