The best way to improve your business would be to make sandwiches that look like the pictures you depict. This shop had been our go to for most Sunday football games. BUT....in the past weeks the quality has progressively tanked. In fact we have ended our tradition with you about 2 weeks ago. It's true the meat selections are good, the bread is fresh baked and tasty. On our last visit, 3 sandwiches, 3 that were probably 1/2 the quantity of meat they had been. Then my son told me the business has been sold. Hmmm, so let's cut the amount of meat and have a larger profit margin. So sad to say, you just no longer meet expectations. You just lost the business of two households.

My husband and I ear here a lot. Everything is fresh, the bread is great and I have never had a screwed up order. Since we take out that is a huge issue. If I get home missing items it puts me into a blind rage. It has never happened here. The store is immaculate. The chip stands are well attended and all the sandwiche artists are friendly. If I had 1 thing to complain about it is PLEASE cut the sandwiches all the way through. That would be really cool. đ thanks

I love jersey mikes, but I hate coming to this one. The FOOD AND SERVICE IS AMAZING letâs make this clear but⊠they have the worst sub making method at this location only, if you are to add any additional toppings to your sub after âmikes wayâ, they have a third person put those topping on the top half of the bread instead of just on top of the already started sandwich. The issue is that your extra toppings go flying everywhere when they put the top on which is insane, Iâve been here numerous times and it happens every time, Iâm aware this is not the end of the world but I literally dread coming here because I know this will happen lol

They always take forever for mobile orders so you might as well go in and order. Itâs faster every time. I gave this place four chances and every time disappointed. They never put the correct amount of meat on. I go to jersey mikes in Geneva and itâs amazing! I wouldnât go to this jersey mikes location. Love this franchise though! Itâs my favorite sandwich chain.
