Freaky slow. Pick up the pace. 2 sandwiches shouldn't take 10 minutes when the store is empty and yall had the order for 5 minutes before i showed up. Come on dudes, get it right!

Was supposed to get 15 $ change.called store and asked for correct 10 $ change.driver came back with 5$ instead of 10$ I called back and whoever answered phone said..your not going to tip driver? How dies driver take it among himself for 5$ tip on 4.98 $ order?

Jacob made me one of the best jimi john sandwiches I have ever had. The purpose of a franchise is to get consistent food at any location, but truth is you can tell when someone throws something together because they have to, and when someone makes something with love. That sandwich was good AFFF!!!

Tried one of their new toasted subs the beef and cheddar. Ordered through the app. No description of anything else being on the sandwich or ability to edit. Got home and saw lettuce tomato etc. No big deal. One bite and the only thing i could taste was horseradish! Disgusting! Threw sandwich away. Inedible. No way to contact through their app. Certainly would like my money back. Because of this my girlfriend also did not want her sandwich which is one she usually gets. So neither sandwich was eaten.

I really hate that I have to do this but I just ordered a couple of subs and paid almost 50.00 for 2 subs and they where made incorrectly and instead of making it right there idea is to bring me the stuff or to give me a credit for the item that was missing from my order a frigging credit on a almost 50.00 dollar order and it's only worth a dollar or 2 really need to do better

Come on, Jimmy, let's do better. Had a group luncheon ordered sandwiches? Some had cheese Some didn't some had lettuce, no tomatoes. Other ones had tomatoes No lettuce made no special exclusions or exceptions to any of the sandwiches. Order them all, as is and everybody had something different. Ingredients missing to a standard sandwich is not acceptable.

The service (or lack thereof) I received from this place is absolutely ridiculous. I had an employee whom I was ordering for him to pick up. I would have used the app but I was driving. So I called and the lady manager picked up the phone. I advised I needed to place an order and got as far as providing a name before she placed me on hold. I waited for about 9 minutes before attempting to call back. I was immediately placed on hold where I waited for about 5 more minutes. I attempted to call again and was again immediately put on hold again. A guy finally answered the phone and proceeded to take my entire order. When he was done he said he could not take my order over the phone and said I'd either have to come in or place the order online. I advised him that I was waiting for almost 20 minutes and am just trying to order food for my employee. He responded "what do you want me to do?" When I responded to process my order he said he couldn't help me because his manager said no. I requested to talk to the manager where she told me she absolutely would not process my phone order and that they were only worried about orders at the register. Not only will this location never see another dime of mine but neither will Jimmy johns. I've never heard of a restaurant that won't take phone orders. Absolutely unacceptable.
