The beer is very fresh and tasty. Their take on an English Pub Ale was spot on, low abv and lots of flavor. The service is very friendly and informative and the pub area is nice. The outside patio is a huge plus.

Our favorite local brewery! Kara and Dan the owners do such an amazing job with local events and food trucks involving the community. Nice selection of beer- hubby loves everything but sours and Gose are my favorite, which they have on tap regularly. Our favorite part is their membership program, we enjoy stopping here to pick up a monthly 6-pack, have a beer in a member mug, and experience food from a revolving food truck. Bonus points is they are very kid friendly, so we always feel comfortable bringing our 2 girls. Highly recommended!

I was reccomended to KBC by a coworker. I'm sure glad I went. I tried their Bufflehead ale and its my new favorite. If you like Bells Amber or Two Brothers domaign dupage you are gonna LUV Bufflehead. The service i recieved from Cara was top notch. She his highly knowledgeable about her beers but what makes her unique, is her ridiculously funny sense of humor. I have been a sales trainer for decades and her people skills are top notch.

After reading the 1 star reviews from a drunk fest a few months ago I feel this brewery deserves some more 5 star reviews. Theydo all the necessary things right! Their beer is delicious and true to style. Their staff is, friendly, attentive and quick and they have a clean, open end welcoming environment. If you read the other 1 star reviews you'll see a pattern, individuals were "sick".Want a great beer in a comfortable environment, you will not be disappointed.

First flight was nice tasting some of their beers. Pollinator was my favorite darker beer they had. Definitely would return with friends/family.
Just love this place. Fantastic beers, great space, outdoor seating available, plus varies food trucks. The having Delicja folks there... awesome.
