Our favorite local brewery! Kara and Dan the owners do such an amazing job with local events and food trucks involving the community. Nice selection of beer- hubby loves everything but sours and Gose are my favorite, which they have on tap regularly.

I was reccomended to KBC by a coworker. I'm sure glad I went. I tried their Bufflehead ale and its my new favorite. If you like Bells Amber or Two Brothers domaign dupage you are gonna LUV Bufflehead. The service i recieved from Cara was top notch. She his highly knowledgeable about her beers but what makes her unique, is her ridiculously funny sense of humor. I have been a sales trainer for decades and her people skills are top notch.
