This might be the worst food establishment I’ve ever been to first of all they shut everything off an hour early every night and will not serve anybody or make any food. Secondly, they will never answer the phone no matter what time of day you call and if that’s not bad enough, there’s nobody in there with an ounce of social skills. Terrible business would not recommend, Shut this place down.

Was waiting for nothing because they just didn't put the code in portal. Bunch of items in portal and no names. Got home and opened box not even the right thing but the box shows correct order. Not hard. I ordered Italian cheese bread and got deep dish pepperoni Ugh this location is horrible

It’s bad enough they raised their prices and I got over it. I pay twice as much for a pizza then I once did with them and it’s called extra most bestest and this is the joke of a pizza they gave me half the slices are more cheese than sausage. I tried calling the number three times to talk to a manager, and it goes directly to dial tone. I like Little Caesars. I will never purchase from this facility again Not that they care by the looks of the reviews they don’t even read them.

I’ve lived in Woodstock for about 2 years now. In the entire 2 years, I’ve never once got someone to answer the phone. The phones don’t exist to them. You go inside and everyone ignores you. I’ve went in and there has been a line with people who haven’t been helped. Employees will literally come from the back to the front, avoid eye contact with the line of customers and run to the back. Are you serious? I also work in a restaurant and we ALWAYS communicate! Even if we are backed up, can’t get to people right away, we always say hi and explain the situation. This is ridiculous

Walked in to grab my food today and one of the employees had earbuds in and didn't even look up. Told him I was there for a pick up and had to do it twice. Asked for an application as well and he said they didn't have any which is funny because you can't apply online for little Caesars. At least the food was good.

Sat here and watch a customer just walk out because no one came to talk with him. The facility is a mess, mold is in the soda fridge, and the employees wear headphones, can’t hear people coming in, resulting in poor customer service. This is the last time coming here. I’ve been to many Little Caesars locations, even outside of this country, with amazing service and atmosphere. This place by far the worst.

probably the worst place that sells food that i've ever been to. i cannot fathom how the workers they continue to hire are as bad as they are. I order the same thing every single time and ask one simple request - don't add garlic. I have to sit here for 15 mins for them to remake it every. single. time. i would rather go back there and make it myself at this point. it's quite literally pathetic.
Not organized people picking up orders dad to check as they are wrong. Not organized at all. Walked out no one took my order

This place is for sure going down hill. Ran in for a lunch, the worker ran from wingstop to the front counter to show another worker how to do his job. Weird that the worker paid no attention but decided to listen to ear buds. On top of that the food wasn't cut and the pizza felt old. Definitely not a good expirence.
