Fast food is supposed to be fast. Everytime I come here I get stuck in the drive thru 20+ minutes. Not acceptable when you're in a rush trying to get a quick bite.

Went through the drive through on 12/7/2025 and order a Grinch meal. I ordered a large and yet got a small fry and also never got the dill pickle seasoning that was supposed to come with the meal. Also the mystery socks you are supposed to recover in the meal were already opened. I asked for another pair that's not opened and was told they all had tears in the top corner because one of the employees wanted to get all the pairs. I understand that people want to collect all the mystery pairs of socks but employees should not be opening up the packages and then giving the socks they don't want away to customers. I definitely will also be reporting this to corporate. I'd Avoid this McDonald's and just choose a different location. This one has went down hill really fast due to poor management I'm guessing. I Definitely won't be coming back to this location.

This is unacceptable. You only have 30 minutes of lunch, you go to the drive-up, order a Big Mac, and not only do they send you to the side of the road to prepare your food, but you also get cold food—cold fries—the Big Mac cheese isn't even melted, so cold you go back to work to eat it, and what the heck. I'm very disappointed. Either McDonald's replace the employees who want to work or they should close this location. Why is it even there? Not only has the food gone up in price, but the service is terrible.

Marks orders as complete when they're not. Wastes customer/delivery time. They also don't take care of their parking lot, even during winter. Not safe.

I used to live here early 2000s and this mcdonalds was always on point. Now that I moved back recently this is probably one of the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Lines out to the street prder takers are so slow youre waiting forever for your food get there at 1015 for breakfast and theyre so slow youre still waiting past 1030 in line so when u finally get to order they tell u nope sorry were done serving breakfast. This place is a joke now.

Slowest service ever. Waited for our food for over 10 minutes. Small order 2 caramel frappe, 2 hash browns, and a sausage mcgriddle. Screwed up order and had to go back. Worst service from a McDonald's ever.
This place has disappointed me for the last time. Almost all McDonald’s across the USA are offering a token of appreciation for Veterans on Nov 11th. Not ours in Woodstock though. What a disgusting embarrassment of an establishment in my town. Not only that but the burgers are always the driest and fries soggiest of 90% of all McDonalds.

had trouble ordering with the app, so we decided to call for help. the lady on the phone was incredibly rude, i wish i caught her name. she snapped at me then proceeded to hang up. Otherwise, once i got my food, it was delicious. only thing not delicious was that lady’s attitude.. 👍🏻
