One of my favorite places to eat! The food is always perfect and nice and hot even when you order through drive through! I've never had missing items or an order made incorrectly! The people here are super friendly as well!
Cashier and other employees were nice, but the place is filthy inside. Got a bowl of creamy chicken and rice soup that had no rice in it and the soup was like water.

Ordered a half sandwich with soup. It was a circle loaf of bread. We got the ends of the bread so the size of the sandwich was a quarter of the size. Not worth $20. Why would you use a circle loaf of bread it gets smaller from the center out. So someone gets a normal sized sandwich and everyone else gets to pay the same amount for a tiny sandwich. Not right.

Expensive, mediocre food, and every time I go it seems they trim the portions down smaller and smaller. Skip this place, go to Three Brothers. Order takeout from there. Just as good if not better, larger portions and more affordable. I won't be back to Panera.
