Terrible customer service! The staff was rude and inattentive, and my order took way longer than expected. When I asked for assistance, they seemed uninterested in helping. Definitely not coming back.

The first two visits the food and staff were good then the last two visits it appears to be new staff and the pizza tasted like cardboard and they messed up my order and wanted to charge me to get what I ordered in the first place. I ordered a large cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. I got a cheese pizza. I ordered cheesy bread sticks and I got 4 pieces of garlic bread. Idk if your person up front doesn't understand English or what but I'm very disappointed in the service. I repeated my order about 3 times and it was STILL ENTIRELY WRONG. I won't ever be back to this location!

I will give this store a 5 star!!! A few Reasons why, one is for their service. The employees all have great attitude and great service. you can tell they all care about you as a customer and the food they give you. There are two that stand out I forgot the gentleman’s name and the ladies name but I will update my review with their names. Another reason is the how clean and nice it looks when you walk in. Even the refrigerator with the bottles are all stacked with their labels facing out. You can tell they try and care. Just a great all around Pizza Hut. Great deals if you sign up on the app. Which I would recommend because you get points and free food! Who doesn’t like free food??

Figured we'd try out Pizza Hut for the first time in years, but that was a bad decision. Pizzas were bone dry, salty, and just really, really bad for the money they charge. Anybody else in town is better by miles. Even the Marinara dipping sauce portion was super small. It's like they don't want to pay for tomatoes.The tracking was nice and the delivery was speedy, but other than that, just nope. The worst pizza I've had in a long long time.
ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER GO. WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY OFFER DELIVERY, YET WILL NOT DELIVER TO MY HOME THAT IS EXACTLY 4.0 MILES AWAY. WHAT IS THE POINT OF DELIVERY THAT ENDS AT 3.9 MILES!? RIDICULOUS!
