Tried to stop in this Starbucks about 6:30 this evening. They had no coffee. I don’t quite get how a Starbucks could be out of coffee. But okay. It is a nice location right on the village square.
Terrible customer experience did not stop in to be not even greeted by the cashier and the cashier was even mad that I showed up to by something from there

The employees at the Starbucks on the square are personable. They say hello and will engage in conversation with you while making your drinks. Love them there!

Great service! The food display was stocked. This location is clean, as is the bathroom. The drinks were made properly.

I just want to say, this team handled a very rude lady perfectly, and want to thank you for asking the young woman if she was okay, after an extremely rude lady was making a scene about the woman having her VERY SWEET golden retriever in the store. The dog was so well behaved and just the sweetest, (as all goldens are) and I hope that woman brings her golden every time! (Also the food and drinks are always great!

I come to this location of Starbucks at least every other day. Sometimes I come the people for take outs, as we work a lot, but I’m often here myself several times per week.
This is a diverse, challenging and rather urban in flavor location. I’ve made quite a few friends here who I spend time with in the community.
Frankly it is the atmosphere that is a strong draw. The people are so friendly, hardworking and cheerful. Several people have commented to me that they feel the same way.
One thing I like about this place is the lighting. It’s conducive to work, as well as socialization. It’s really nice that they so willingly custom make drinks for me, even when busy.
The place is clean. They have a great little selection of waters, sandwiches and small fruit salads. As you might expect, for the price, it’s a good value. Many of us appreciate the mix of music being playing, and the volume level. Two people have told they’re glad they don’t sell alcohol. All things considered, they make a valid point. As with any growing city, addictions and associated issues are not something to ignore.
Really, I can’t think of criticisms to level at this place. I know the managers, many of the employees and patrons. As a former manager myself, it’s apparent that this location is very well run,
Dietary restrictions: I’m a vegetarian. It’s not an issue here, especially with such a helpful staff.

My drink is delicious when made correctly. Unfortunately it depends on who makes it on whether it's to recipe or not.

My drinks are regularly decent, the sad thing is that the employees don’t even acknowledge you. I may not go everyday but I go enough. You should treat everyone equally.
This is my favorite location in Woodstock, I prefer it over the one by Farm & Fleet. The atmosphere and vintage decor here just makes it feel homey. Plus the staff are super sweet here even if the line is wrapped out the door they get through it very quickly, faster than any other location. This location has very hard-working staff, Emily is super kind, I hear her encouraging coworkers with kind uplifting words. Peggy is super sweet, we enjoy seeing her when we come in. She always has a smile on her face. ?
Parking: There are tons of spots that wrap around the entire Woodstock Square.
Kid-friendliness: Of course it’s kid friendly!
Wheelchair accessibility: It is all flat ground easy for wheelchairs and strollers.

Deserves zero stars. This location sucks!!! Worst experience EVER at Starbucks today. Ordered a caramel macchiato and was given a cup of oat milk when I ordered it with coconut milk, and there was another drink that was missing something when I brought it to the attention of staff there was just no customer service at all never communicated with me the drink was taken forever when I asked him about it. He gave me this little girl attitude. Then when I was walking out, I looked at him to look at his name tag to get his name. When I walked past him he told me I could take a picture of him, if I want. Is he stupid? Why would he talk to a customer like that? He clearly is very immature and is doing a terrible job of representing Starbucks. his name is “Kaya” . And all the drinks took FOREVER. Also the older lady worked here was also very rude. All around terrible customer service here.

Was alright until the man-child employee with a pony tail threw a fit over customers using the bathroom, while claiming that their septic could handle that amount of people. Went as far as trying to put an out of order sign on the door while others were still waiting. Work on your customer service when people are paying a small fortune for your coffee.

The staff was friendly but they got my order wrong and since they were busy instead of complaining about it I just ordered my drink again and paid for it again and they got it wrong again! I get they are busy but seriously if Im paying for extra of something and they give you less than what you normally would get its just ridiculous!
Quaint but busy Starbucks on the square. Also fast service no matter how busy it gets.
