I figured I'd swing by this Starbucks because I wanted an iced vanilla blonde latte. What I got was a very sad welcome and a sugar free vanilla milk! Vanilla flavoring was most definitely sugar free which is super disgusting and she pilot way to much milk in it to where I couldn't even taste the coffee! All I could taste was the milk and sugar free vanilla! Super disappointing Starbucks!!

Hello almost everytime I come to this Starbucks I have the most mean interactions with the baristas and it’s not just one it has been with multiple baristas I don’t know what there deal is or if they just don’t like their job but it’s unexptable please get new workers this is crazy work 😤

I’ve worked at Starbucks for about 5 years and I come to this Starbucks because it’s closer to my house and they have the rudest baristas I have ever encountered. I never have a pleasant experience here ever, they always have an attitude. Anytime I place a mobile order (way in advanced) they get mad that I pull up and it’s still not ready. Any time I order in the drive through I’m questioned about the way I’m ordering my drink. (Keep in mind I’ve worked there for years so ik how to order).

Nice store really like the layout only few years old. 03/07/25 This is in addition to my first review, EM waited on me today, she couldn’t have been more helpful took the time to listen when I told her my usual drink an we came to an agreement about the best way make it so wasn’t too runny, she made our drinks. perfect Thank U so much really appreciate it. She also told me she would write down the recipe how she made it 🙌🏻🤩 A+ for her!
I'm not sure if the batista was having a bad day or what. We pulled in the drive thru to order. My partner ordered, and I wanted to order my drink as I preferred to order my mine. She didn't let me speak and gave me the total. I tried to order my drink after the fact, and she gave a sigh like she was annoyed. I just paid my partner order and went somewhere else to get a drink. She was a heavy set lady with an attitude. If we do go again and I will get a name because there's no need to be rude, we weren't holding up the line as we went in the afternoon.

I don’t enjoy that my drink is always missing something. Like today no chocolate chips in the frappe or chocolate syrup. Or assuming not wanting whip cream. The workers are not nearly as friendly as the Starbucks on the Woodstock square.

This location is by far the best! The service I receive is excellent! They know my order by heart! Always a friendly face! Faith, Leon, Wilmer, Paige, and one newer employees (short blonde hair) thank you for making me smile everyday!!
