Nice store really like the layout only few years old. 03/07/25 This is in addition to my first review, EM waited on me today, she couldn’t have been more helpful took the time to listen when I told her my usual drink an we came to an agreement about the best way make it so wasn’t too runny, she made our drinks. perfect Thank U so much really appreciate it. She also told me she would write down the recipe how she made it 🙌🏻🤩 A+ for her!

I'm not sure if the batista was having a bad day or what. We pulled in the drive thru to order. My partner ordered, and I wanted to order my drink as I preferred to order my mine. She didn't let me speak and gave me the total. I tried to order my drink after the fact, and she gave a sigh like she was annoyed. I just paid my partner order and went somewhere else to get a drink. She was a heavy set lady with an attitude. If we do go again and I will get a name because there's no need to be rude, we weren't holding up the line as we went in the afternoon.

I don’t enjoy that my drink is always missing something. Like today no chocolate chips in the frappe or chocolate syrup. Or assuming not wanting whip cream. The workers are not nearly as friendly as the Starbucks on the Woodstock square.

This location is by far the best! The service I receive is excellent! They know my order by heart! Always a friendly face! Faith, Leon, Wilmer, Paige, and one newer employees (short blonde hair) thank you for making me smile everyday!!

I paid for extra cold foam and extra of the crunchy pieces. Same order I always get and am always happy when I get it from the other Starbucks in Woodstock. I decided to try this one since it was near where I was shopping. I didn't receive what I PAID extra for. When we went back and politely explained what happened and Paige was extremely rude especially as she asked for the drink back and I watched as her and her co worker made faces while looking at the drink. Paige then practically shoved the drink at us as when my husband said "thank you so much" she turned around and shut the window. There was no sorry we didn't get your drink right sorry we didn't give you what you paid extra for just extremely rude service! I'll be going back to the other Woodstock or out of town for my coffee from now on! If you get Paige I guess make sure you tip because I used a gift card and it didn't ask for a tip and I was treated extremely poorly when I was polite even after the mistake with my drink. Then after getting my "new drink" I can guarantee the didn't put the extra crunchy stuff in there. The day before drink was perfect this time it was far from it. I know it's a small thing but they charge extra I paid extra but didn't get what I paid for and was treated poorly when tried to get it corrected!

I have visited several Starbucks throughout the years. I travel a great deal for work. This Starbucks is in my home town and i stop often. The whole crew has always been simply wonderful! Except one lady! Everytime my family and I go. Not sure of her name. Heavier set lady. Really mean! More than 10 times. Rude, throws drinks at people aggressively, never smiles, talk poorly on her headset about customers to hear as she laughs. So rude, its uncomfortable. My girls are afraid of her. Hands down the worse Starbucks employee I have ever met!!
