Of all the food places in the area this place is the only one that does it right they are quick about getting the food out and they never mess up my order because they don't worry about drive thru times like the other fast food places and they just fill the next order on screen like you're supposed to

Hello,
I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a bean burrito recently, but found non-veg in my quesadilla and raw, rock-hard black beans in the burrito.
I’m a strict vegetarian, and both items were unusable. I also couldn’t submit a complaint through the app—it wouldn’t let me proceed.
I’d like a refund or replacement. I have photos and my order receipt ready.

Genuinely the worst Taco Bell burrito I’ve had across the country. Had to eat half of my burrito to get a single bite of meat. I am blown away by how much worse the food is here compared to every other Taco Bell.

Honestly never in my life have I ever had a problem with the food tonight was literally crazy to have employees laughing and all together by can’t even do an order right the food is not even there like embarrassing and then no sauce when I asked for extra many times and then the lady just slammed our food and the guy laughing and then hands it to us like I already knew by how the order was taken the food wasn’t gonna be it but first time in years

I waited around 45 minutes for the app to change from “preparing order” before calling the restaurant to see if I might be able to get something to eat information on what might be taking so long.

When I called I spoke to a girl who told me that the order was filled and had been sitting there. I explained that it had not changed on my app, that it was ready, and just awaiting a driver. She told me that they fill the order right away, they don’t wait for the driver to get there before filling it. I then asked, “so then my food is going to be cold?” to which she replied “well not if you can find a driver”

When I did finally get my food around an hour and a half later (NOT because of the driver) it was not only cold, but stale. The chicken quesadilla was dry, the chalupa supreme had a gross taste and the shell was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. My drink had separated (it was the Baja blast with the vanilla swirl in it).

I made the mistake of ordering from here after ordering about a month ago to which my order was even worse. The food at this location is terrible and the service is even worse.

This ginormous “woman” covered in disgusting tattoos decided to blow a fuse over a very small hot sauce incident. She forcefully removed us from the premises which was easy for her considering her size. Never coming here again even if my life depends on it.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Taco Bell location. I placed an order, but when I opened my food, I was shocked to find that half of it was missing.

To make matters worse, when I called the store to report the issue, the person on the phone was completely unhelpful and rude. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, they became defensive and dismissive.

The representative even went so far as to say that customers like me had been rude to them the day before, and that's why they wouldn't provide a refund or remake my order. This response was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service and quality. Unfortunately, this Taco Bell location failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

*WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS:* If you order from this location, PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. Make sure everything is included and accurate. I wish I had done this, and I hope you can avoid the same frustration I experienced.

I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Weird interaction. I was told to come inside to grab my food, and so I did, and then the MOD tells me "sir you have to get your order from the drive-through." This isn't bash anyone, but maybe just don't assume? get curious with the customer or client first! night shift closers Saturday going into sunday

Old, cold and full of mold. I've never eaten anything from this location that wasn't stale. There's no way they don't keep their ingredients past their expiration. In addition, the orders are rarely correct. Avoid at all cost.

You didn't know this but you were on review tonight. I stopped by last weekend and my order was messed up so bad I was going to give you one more try. You had to be perfect. AND perfect you were. Every single item. Every single bite. I even tried the new hot sauce. Man was it good. Spicy but tasteful. Once again. Best fast food in Woodstock.

Susan was amazing, the credit card machine was acting up and I didn’t have cash. She said not worth it’s on her, instead of making me wait 10mins for the credit card machine to boot A+ customer service
