No longer Double Yolk Cafe... Under new name and ownership. Honestly... same food (though my eggs were runny). Same ole atmosphere and same great service.

Double Yolk Cafe is a busy, popular place located on Woodstock Town Square. Cozy, quick, extensive breakfast/lunch menu. Food was good. Pricing very reasonable. Service was excellent. After your meal, take a stroll around the historic Square. This is the filming location for the iconic movie, "Groundhog Day".Free parking, lots of available spaces. Quaint shops, Woodstock Opera House, Starbucks.
Parking: Lots of free parking on Town Square or sidestreets.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Great location, great interior, alright staff, but the problem? The food. The time we went to DYC for brunch after a parent teacher conference, me and my father ate here and he had "The Runs" for a day and a half. I didn't get it, and my omelette was good, so I didn't assume it was that bad. All in all, sure, it's a downtown dining place, just be careful what you order. (Don't get the Biscuits and Gravy...)
Parking: Parallel parking on the square.

Nice diner in Woodstock with great breakfast options. Never had a bad meal.I'm sure their lunch is good as well, but why eat lunch when you can have 2nd breakfast?!?!

The avocado toast breakfast dish was nicely flavored, but it was served completely cold, including the poached eggs. Not sure if this was the intent or a delay in serving, but it was somewhat off-putting to me.
