Tommy's food in both locations I've been to has greatly diminished in quality has gotten far more expensive. My last three visits seperated by a year or so was NOT good. Bought a Polish, usually decent on a proper sausage roll, was served to me in a soggy hot dog bun. The fries were greasy and mushy. The next visit I bought an Italian beef with peppers and cheese. Lacking in flavor, I noticed that the peppers were cold and the cheese was not melted. Fast forward 6 mos to today and I bought another Italian beef. I mentioned to cook while ordering about the cold peppers and unmelted cheese from my last visit. This time the beef was hot, the cheese melted but the entire sandwich was a pile of grease, and I mean grease! I only ate half of it because of the grease. It was horrible with zero flavor. The *meal deal* was expensive too! No more Tommys.

Has different prices for cash/credit card. Most "fast food" places don't do this. I'd suggest going elsewhere because their "cash" pricing is as high as others that take credit cards.

We picked up dinner tonight. Burger was cold by the time we got home 5 min away. The patty looked like it had been sitting there all day. Fries were cold and old ?
This Tommy’s location is terrible. We have tried it several times in hopes it was going to get better. We picked up our food in the drive thru and live 5 minutes away. The food was ice cold. Definitely not made to order like McHenry or Crystal Lake locations. Fries were cold, hard and tasted horrible. Hot dogs were cold and cheeseburger was even worse. Never again at this location.

The food has gotten worse and more expensive. The meatball sandwich’s bun was soggy and the meatballs were huge. It was challenging enough taking a bite out of it let alone keeping the sandwich from falling apart. It was bland as well. We also ordered a side of cheese to dip our fries in and the lid was not attached correctly so all the cheese spilled out into the bag. Simply wasn’t worth it.

Just paid $45 for mediocre food and whoever bagged our order dumped the whole cheese cup, that we were CAHRGED FOR AND NOW DO NOT GET TO EAT into the bag and everything was saturated. Never going back
