I have someone go to pick me up a $5 Biggie bag, and have them upgrade the fries to baconator fries (something I do at every Wendy’s). They charge her $4 extra, instead of
the usual $1 and then tell her they can’t upgrade them. After she says something about the total while paying.
The fries came with two very, very small pieces of bacon, and at most 1/4 of the fries have cheese on them.

room temperature fries, untoasted buns, meat not even warm. tried getting my $$ back, but you touched it so we can't. no kidding genius how do you think I knew it was garbage? only had 2 fries and a bite of 1 sandwich. I could see if I ate it all. that might work with the junkies on the square. I had to turn my car off and block the dt to get my $$. NEVER AGAIN will I go in there. last night may 29
So.... terrible..... took my son to get a chicken sandwich tonight. Ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers. Sat in the drivethu for 15 minutes while they all talked inside near the window... two cars in front of me waiting as well. Finally came up to the window and no "Sorry for the wait" or "Thanks for your patience."
