SERVICE SO TERRIBLE THEY DONT EVEN REPLAY TO ANYYYY OF THE BAD REVIEWS THEY GET . HOW SAD . I normally visit this Wendy’s location at least twice a week, but after my most recent experience, I will no longer be returning. The service I received was unacceptable. When placing my order, I was barely given the chance to speak. I ordered a large meal, but the drink I received was not a large. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the employee responded with attitude instead of a simple apology. The same issue occurred with my fries, which were also not the correct size. Again, when I politely asked for the mistake to be fixed, the response was dismissive and rude.
As a regular customer, I expect better service and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose trust in this location.
It's been a year or two since I came to Wendy's in Woodstock and I was impressed. It used to be dirty and dingy and the food was average at best. This week we visited and the immediate impression was clean and bright and the food was the quality we expect from Wendy's. Even the landscaping was pretty to look at.
Absolutely awful service, rushed to the point of anxiey, did not get to correct my order because of the poor service.

Went out of my way to go to Wendy’s, living 25 minutes away, and was greeted with the rudest customer service. After barely being able to place my order from being cut off, I pulled up to the window and was laughed at by two workers who eventually ended up having enough frustration and anger from a customer coming in a five hours before they close (8pm) to have two girls pull their middle fingers to my face and laugh. I will no longer be returning and hope they can find better staff although I know it is hard to find good people. As someone who works at a healthcare facility & is making sure the people walking in feel WELCOME that’s not the way you want to be treated if you’re spending YOUR hard earned dollars.
