Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior.
This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

I placed an order via Wingstop App and followed up with a phone call to make sure it went thru. I was told it did not go thru and it is best to place order over phone. I let them know I was charged for the App order and was told it wouldn’t stick. I then had to pay when I picked up my order. I waited a few days to see if a credit would be refunded from the App and was not. So I called and the cashier took down my name and number and said his manager would call me when he got a chance. I called again and the cashier was told to tell customers that unfortunately there is nothing they can do about being charged multiple times. Had to resort to my bank. Luckily my bank put a temporary amount in my account while they reached out to Wingstop.

Frozen fries??? Terrible. The fries were the only reason I went to Wingstop over other wing places. They have lost a customer.

When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11£ refund! Our order was £80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!
