When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11£ refund! Our order was £80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!

Cold, old fries, no flavor and barely any sauce/seasoning on fries and wings. Decided to try it for the first time and won’t be going back obviously.

The quality of food is great. We’ve had pretty good customer service. My only complaint is that we can’t seem to get a compete order. We’ve had store credit and gone back in to get the missing component, different each time but do they double check orders? It’s getting worse as time goes on. When they first opened it was great, but I think they are settling for more mediocrity now. We’ve now had several orders in a row with missing items.
