This has nothing, nothing to do with the real Habibah knafeh. it tasted flat flavorless and super dry, hatdly any real knafeh ghee butter used in it. We were told by owner that he's a franchise of habibah backhome and that he makes authentic habibah knafeh with the same ingredients used in all habibah franchises in jordan. NOT! It doesn't taste anything like habibah knafeh. it doesn't even taste like standard locally made knafeh or home made knafeh. Very Disappointed!!
