The morning guy had an attitude so he decided to charge me 50 cent for a jelly. I come here a few times a week and have never been charged for a jelly. He also burned my sandwich

This location always forgets things in my order and never stirs drinks. I used to come here every morning before work but stopped when it started going downhill. I sometimes forget and come back and get reminded of how horrible the service is. Not to mention when receiving food no one smiles or says hi or have a good day or anything. Hands food and shuts window. How rude.

Very hit & miss here. I was excited to see my coffee looked light from creamer, but then tasted disgusting. Light watered down old coffee grounds. So bitter! Had to add my own creamer for it to taste decent. Dunkin is never consistent! Hard to find a location that knows how to make a good tasting coffee.

I don't usually eat junk food, but after visiting families for work, I stopped at Dunkin' Donuts for a quick bite. When I got my meal, the sandwich was burnt and stale, so I went back to Express my disappointment in a very calm and subtle manner.

The manager was kind at first but the worker was rude, insisting the sandwich wasn't burnt as She tossed her voice across the counter. I've been to several Dunkin' locations and never had this issue before. It seemed they needed to fix the oven or improve their toasting method.

The manager offered me a doughnut as an apology, but since I'm trying to lose weight, I declined. I requested jelly, but he initially insisted that I had to pay $0.50 for it. He eventually decided to give it to me for free when he saw me standing and waiting.

This experience highlighted poor customer service, which is disappointing. I now understand their low rating on Google. It’s not about ethnicity; it’s about good service, and they need training. I'd consider returning if the staff were properly trained.

This has to be the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever encountered. They consistently botch the orders—the tea has a distinctly off taste, and the food is a complete disaster. I specifically requested a fresh sandwich, yet what I received was a burnt, hard croissant. The hash browns tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out for hours. I honestly don't know why I thought it would be any different this time. This was my second visit, and I can assure you it will be my last. I wouldn’t even consider giving this location another dollar.

Don’t expect to be greeted or helped when you walk in, unless you go get the workers’ attention. They ignore you when you walk in and you wait up there like you’re invisible. Rude and slow every time I go in. This location needs to hire new workers with better work ethic.

This location is very inconsistent. I ordered the avocado toast with bacon all the time. Last time they didn't toast it and they forgot the bacon. This time I asked him to please toast it and this time they barely gave me any bacon maybe a teaspoon. I also ordered the snack bacon there was maybe two slices of bacon in the bag. Any other location that I have been to has filled the little paper bag for the snack bacon. Never coming to the store again.

I stopped here on my way to work and horrible experience!! I order the $6 meal and I got no sandwich or hasbrowns. The iced matcha latte I order was watered down milk with some tint of matcha in it. Disgusting!!! The donuts were not fresh they were hard.
