The customer service was good and the hot chocolate was delicious, but I came with my clients who have special needs and it was NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE! Two of my clients were not able to come in the building. I had to bring it out to them and sit with them. Very disappointing.

Papa Chocolate has the best Dubai chocolate in the state of Illinois. The staff is very friendly. They have a variety of items that consist of their very own Dubai chocolate, from crepes to waffles to ice cream. This place is family-owned and their foods are so delicious. Highly recommend the strawberry Dubai chocolate cup is my go-to when I visit. Thank you for keeping my kiddos happy :)

I’m obsessed with the lokma, crepes, and all the Dubai-style desserts. And their kunafah hits different I don’t know how they make it so fresh every time, but it’s soooo good.
