Love this nutrition shop! Liz the owner is so nice that she helped me decide what to order. They have a variety of options for everyone and can order extra protein or other options! The staff is knowledgeable with their menu items and it all looks delicious. I love supporting local shops and this definitely a must try!
I would highly recommend this cafe. It was a very enjoyable experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. I will definitely visit this restaurant again.
Best protein smoothie I’ve ever had. Lots of protein shakes leave a weird or chalky after taste, but there’s none of that here. Liz and her staff are the best and the shop is such a vibe.
