Terrible terrible service. the pizza is ok when it’s fresh but the service from the Mexican grumpy guy at the window tops it off. He must be unhappy that he works at a pizza place and does not have much going on in his life! I will not be back the service from him was terrible he is clown in my eyes and very unprofessional. I told him I would be writing a review to let others know this location gave out terrible service and the food isn’t great is so so. his service will end up closing this location down!

My first time ever ordering from this location as I don't live in the area I normally buy from the ones in chicago which were great!! I ordered pizza for my mom that is currently in a nursing home and can barely breathe and is on oxygen and the one thing she asked for is a pizza and i communicated with the delivery guy to deliver to her nursing home location front desk the guy ended up just giving my moms order to some random guy who was not associated with the facility literally on the street and my mom never got the pizza called for a refund the guy was so rude and nasty to me and my mother all because he gave our order to a random guy told us they will give the refund and said we cannot order ever again and that they will block us which seems totally unfair as I been kind the whole step away so disappointing will stick to what I know the chicago locations only.

I've been to Worth,Chicago and Lansing. The pizza dough is on the thick side, but the pizza is good. I love their wings, they have a special for wings (I can never remember what day). The bbq sauce on their wings is amazing!! The one in Worth has a drive thru and they're always very friendly. Been going to that one for 10 plus years. I would always take my Dad to the one in Chicago and he loved their Italian Combo amongst other things. They did change the recipe for the wings some years ago,but they're still good I just get them dipped in a sauce now. Almost forgot I've been to the one at 111th & Western also. Never any complaints! I've also had their calzones, fish and Italian beef. Always a happy customer! There will be a wait on the wings!

My favorite Waldo Cooneys location. Have been coming here for about 6 years now. Food is always made right, and orders are always complete.

Horrible experience, my card has been charged 44.74$ , when I called them ask for it, the person told me they did not charge me anything, to call my bank. I do have a proof that my card has been charged by waldo located in Worth ,Illinois. People working over there are rude, when I asked for a manager, he was even worse. Please be aware where ordering from them. The worst customer service around!!!!!

I have been coming here since I was maybe 10/11. I am 22 now and haven’t been there in 2 years. I also now wear the hijab. The same grumpy Mexican man has always worked here. I started coming here again for a quick bite before work. This man is so rude every single time and has the same smug grin. Constantly shutting the window in my face while I’m literally telling him thanks so much and then having a constant attitude during the whole interaction. I’ve come to the conclusion that this man is either Islamophobic or racist to Arabs. I’m fairly light complected and never received this type of treatment from him before when I wasn’t wearing the hijab. A part of owning a business is customer service, which this man lacks EXPONENTIALLY. I’ve never done anything to him and I can’t give him the excuse that he just COINCIDENTALLY has a bad day every time I go. Honestly so disappointing.

Delicious! I'm not a fan of pan pizza but my brother brought me home a slice and it was so ! It reminds me of a pizza place my family used to order from when we lived in Little Village. Just a little cheese and sausage...what's treat.

Once again another place that's failing at the quality of food and the people that work there. I don't know if these are the original owners or not but they really need to that their staff a lot better or they need to start listening to their customers that leave these messages. Not easy to leave messages like this always went to this place years ago they always had great pizza. Now today, not so much. If I wanted a huge greasy plate of pizza where the dough is soggy and the bottom cardboard plate is full of grease I'll go back to Fox's pizza. LOL. The guy manager is a total douchebag and could care less. And why is this place so filthy every time I come in here, don't they clean when they open don't they clean when they close. Pigs live better in a pig pen. And yeah the food of quality just is no good anymore. I swear that dough has been sitting in the fridge for 2 months. Can't do it anymore have to find some place else. The faster they close the better. Or the owners need to realize what's going on.. I'm at one to complain but I just can't do it no more... Especially after the pandemic when it's so important to get everyone's business because there's so many places out there vetting for your business, you think they would do better..
