I don’t know who the person was taking the orders last night through the drive-through at around 9:30 PM, but she definitely needs to get her head out of her ass and pay attention to what the customer says while making their order. It is ridiculous to have to repeat your order three different times Before she actually is able to get it right and repeat it back to you. Maybe she needs another line of work.

The food is tasty but I was shocked by the quantity of meat in my gyros plate. It was just a gyros sandwich in a container with fries and fixings. Everywhere else I get a gyros plate it has enough meat for 2 or 3 sandwiches.the subs seemed to be lacking meat as well. Again first time getting it there and was just surprised.

I’ve been buying food from Windy City subs for over 20 years. I was also a customer at the old location on west 63rd street. Today is the first time that I have a complaint about my food. I was served old gyro meat that obviously has been in rotation for hours. $8 wasted and I live only 5 minutes away from the location but it’s not even worth my time and energy to return it. I’m so done with this place due to the fact that the lady that got on the phone to discuss my complaint as I was explaining it to the young man was a rude you know what. Like I’m the customer that just wasted my money and you have the attitude how crazy are you lady. Very bad customer service to say the least. I wish I could show an image of the inedible sandwich. It also taste weird and young lady if you dislike your job get another job. You obviously don’t like people or some people.

Editing my review bc my experiences here have been bad lately. Not to mention their soda machine is disgusting. The ice had black flecks of what I'm assuming is mold in it. My husband got a sprite with no ice and still had black flecks so I think the whole machine is riddled with mold. The lady working the counter frequently forgets to add something and we have to make a new order. She also put a cold deli sandwich underneath really hot food in the bag.
I wish I could give them zero stars. I went to through drive thru was a little sick. Customer service was horrible. I do not recommend. Will be reporting. Do not come here !
