Just go out of business already. This place can't get it together. The definitely dropped the ball new years. Pre order food had to wait in line for an hour. Ridiculous and the food was definitely microwaved. Sometimes they have good staff sometimes they have bad stave with big attitudes. The management at all the local bk's around here can't seem to get it together. For as long as the food takes it should always be fresh but hardly is

The guy who acts like a supervisor has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Ordered on app went to pick it up and he says it's not paid after 15 min of waiting and asking what do I do then... he says call the app and walks away with a smirk on his face. I even asked for a manager and he says there not here. He refused to help at all! I told him i was not leaving until i got my food or money back. I even showed him it was taken out of my bank account. Then after all that and 30min later he says oh it just went though. This guy should NOT be working with customers with that attitude.

The food and service are great; however, the outside drive-thru looks terrible. CLEAN the drive-thru windows, look dirty and disgusting, and clean up the trash.

I did a mobile order and here I am 45 mins F******* later waiting for 2 burgers at the drive thru and I still have to pull up front, cars behind me got their meals some how and I am still currently waiting for my food as I wrote this review worst BK I've ever been too

What’s the point of placing online orders if you people take 20 minutes preparing it when I get there?
Casher bad manners, got nasty when I made comment about placing my order at the drive thru, I had to repeat order 3 times

Did an online order for pickup and half our order is missing. Not exaggerating, half the order. So 2 people didn't get to eat and we paid for the food. I have called the store 7 times and no one is answering. Gas is expensive, and we can't afford to run all over town for an order that should have been completed the first time. Next time I am near this burger king I'm stopping by, and I will be contacting corporate. If they had answered the phone, I would not feel the need to do any of this. Honestly this isn't tbe first time I've has issues with this location but it will be the last, as we will not be returning and we will be going to the waukegan location even though it's farther.

Always get something wrong with my order. Regularly close down lobby 1-2 hours before they're supposed to. Dirty as hell, soda machine is always put of ice and usually only has half of the options stocked, rude employees; DESPERATELY NEEDS MANAGEMENT THAT CARES.
