It was 12:28am Friday 01/02/2026, before I got to the location I checked online hours and it says Drive thrue open till 2:00am, when I got to drive thrue employee told me they were close. What is going on with this restaurant? Please update online hours, or check what is going on with employees, because people talk and they said that employees close the restaurant and they are drinking beer instead of taking care of costumers.

Just go out of business already. This place can't get it together. The definitely dropped the ball new years. Pre order food had to wait in line for an hour. Ridiculous and the food was definitely microwaved. Sometimes they have good staff sometimes they have bad stave with big attitudes. The management at all the local bk's around here can't seem to get it together. For as long as the food takes it should always be fresh but hardly is

The guy who acts like a supervisor has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Ordered on app went to pick it up and he says it's not paid after 15 min of waiting and asking what do I do then... he says call the app and walks away with a smirk on his face. I even asked for a manager and he says there not here. He refused to help at all! I told him i was not leaving until i got my food or money back. I even showed him it was taken out of my bank account. Then after all that and 30min later he says oh it just went though. This guy should NOT be working with customers with that attitude.

The food and service are great; however, the outside drive-thru looks terrible. CLEAN the drive-thru windows, look dirty and disgusting, and clean up the trash.

I did a mobile order and here I am 45 mins F******* later waiting for 2 burgers at the drive thru and I still have to pull up front, cars behind me got their meals some how and I am still currently waiting for my food as I wrote this review worst BK I've ever been too
I have given this place so many chances to get it right...and no... it's always waiting for this... waiting for that.. Similarly, most of the workers are rude... I will not be coming back.
