Nice place to eat I always enjoy the Wisconsin Swiss melt. One problem is during the summer the air conditioning is too cold and occasionally the music is too loud these need to be adjusted!

Went to the drive up and used the white scoopie coupon. We were told the white ones are Waukegan only . It does not say that anywhere on the coupon. We have white coupons that are older from Zion. The help at the window would not hear if it . We left. Kenosha and Antioch honor both the white and brown coupons. That’s where we’ll be going.

I absolute love Culver’s, however, they need to change the grease. The fries taste bad because they haven’t changed the grease in so long. Also, my food is always cold when it’s brought to my car. Is there a way they can get a better, quicker and organized system to get the food to the customers?

I want to make note that this review is for the Culver’s in Gurnee only! The Culver’s in Zion hardly matches up. Zion Culver’s gave me a cold hamburger and mushy fries. The hamburger wasn’t even wrapped professionally. It looked like it was wrapped by a five-year-old. The time before I went there, I got somebody else’s order.
However, The Culver's in Gurnee is excellent! I thought the service and the food was really good! The value baskets are an excellent buy Try an Oreo concrete mixer. You won’t be sorry. They are my personal favorite!.
I’ve eaten at this Culver’s every month since I moved to Zion. Fantastic consistency. I’ve eaten here with friends and family as well and the vibe is always pleasant. I also order from this location on Uber Eats and I normally order a lot of food. All of it comes exactly as ordered and in an appropriate sized bag. Very solid location.

We ordered a mushroom burger, received it with no top to the bun, a chili deluxe and received no onions or cheese and a bacon cheese burger and the bacon was raw. We called about it and the manager said we could bring it back for a remake and receive a side for the inconvenience. We come back and we received a terrible attitude and only half the order got the remake and we had to go back in and we still received a terrible attitude!!! Like we were trying to get free food. First of all if we were that desperate we wouldn’t be going to Culver’s!!! It’s crazy expensive!!!!
