Every time I come here, there’s an issue. They never seem to get my order right. I’m never greeted & I always say hello, how are you? It’s like everyone is miserable there. And with an attitude. I understand this time in this Country is hard, but dang this is the job you chose. Customer service. And did I mention, there’s never any napkins available? And no alternatives. Is this a management issue?

Was about to order half a dozen donuts, but I noticed ants and flies crawling around the donut trays. The staff was about to pick one up when I saw them, had to cancel my order and walk away. Ew. Not sorry. Really gross and unsanitary. 🤮

They're polite with saying good morning and apologizing if a wait is longer than should be. But they dont let you know itll be a wait, dont park a vehicle if its taking longer, dont give napkins or ketchup.. stopping here usually makes my mornings take way longer, like idk they just aren't that fast, even when not super busy I waited about 10 mins for my app Order /:

Staff is friendly but the person who makes the food needs to do a better job ... just went and grabbed coffee and a bagel and the bagel was destroyed, get a new bagel slicer so you're not smashing the bagel up into a triangle shape,the staff is great but this experience I just had I put on the ownership... give your business the proper equipment to serve your customers quality food . Went to the new dunkin at the new shell station on the state line last weekend and had zero issues and everything was good ... I guess I'll be driving the extra 5 min from now on

Order early.The good stuff sells fast.They will send another kind of donut,muffins,etc...Everything is good but not getting apple fritters or Boston creams when you're craving them....yikes..lol I've ordered at 9:30 am.We got old fashioneds and cake kind of donuts,fantastic muffins... As replacements for jelly,Boston creams,glazed...No magical thinking that the goodies will be made throughout the day.Im not sure if they even make them on the site.Remember,They want to be known more for their great coffee.Hmmm maybe they'll go back to having the best donuts and bake the favorites throughout the day,Then delivered to the site.To go with the best coffee.
I usually stop by this Dunkin’ on Sheridan Road in Zion, mainly to pick up gift cards. The cashier who helps me is always polite and greets me with a “good morning,” which I really appreciate. That friendly service is why I rated them a 4 instead of lower.
However, I do feel the overall atmosphere could be improved. When I walk in and make eye contact with other staff, I would expect a warm greeting from everyone, not just the cashier. A simple “good morning” goes a long way in creating a welcoming environment. Because of that, I can’t give a full 5 stars at this time.
I hope to see the atmosphere become more consistently friendly in the future, because that would make the customer experience even better.
