Just went on a Sunday At 6:30 and said they couldn’t make any ice cream or food due to running out of gloves. How does that happen? Very unprofessional very bad service. This is the second time I’ve went and they were closed before posted hours on Google and now it’s very upsetting. Sounds like a lazy excuse to me

There was no one at the drive thru and inside it was empty, had to wait 20 minutes to get someone to place our order. Menu says they have peppermint mocha(it’s a lie). Had to wait 15 minutes for our order to be ready, waited 10 minutes in order to pay.

The amount of times I’ve been here when they are out of something that I ordered they just replace it with whatever else they have and they don’t tell me. I use the mobile order so that I can be in and out really fast yet I drive all the way home. See that it’s a completely different order drive back and have to go inside to tell them then they say “oops we forgot to tell you we’re out of that.” I was given sausage when I cannot eat pork at all for one of the instances, so if you have any allergies or religious restrictions be very careful at this Dunkin I guess .

Another in a long line of once great places that sold out, and now is a total joke in my opinion. Prices are absurd, the lack of CSR duties, the cookie cutter style of strip mall is a joke. I didn't even mention the worst part, the drive-thru. I almost can't believe the zoning commission said, "Yeah, that seems legit," lol
Parking: Watch out for coffee addicts forgetting their drivers' responsibilities between 7-9am around the area. There isn't much room, at all
Kid-friendliness: They have ice cream treats. My teenager loves it. My son will eat and drink anything.
Wheelchair accessibility: Double heavy entrance doors make it hard for walkers and wheelchairs. No automatic doors in place. Parking lot has 1 handicap spot for 5 stores to use. best to go in off peak times.
