Wow what a find! This restaurant is very conscious about where the food is coming from. Clean, no pesticides, grass fed meats etc. Food is beyond delicious! It reminds me of my grandmother’s cooking. So pure and so tasty! A must stop if you’re in the area or close to!
The bread for the pizza sticks was alright. Everything else wasn't great. The cheese cake came in a paper wrapper that I had to peel off and most of the wrapper broke off because it was soaked in oil. The broccoli cheese soup was gritty. Kind of what I was expecting from a restaurant in Zion. Weird theme for a restaurant, too. "Allergies."
My wife and I know several of the family members and they always give me grief about what I eat. So I bit the bullet and went in. I had the bison burger. And it was fantastic. The juice bar was really cool too. I will eat here as often as I can. Thank you guys
