Employees are so lazy, waiting for 5 minuets while employees stand there doing nothing. Don’t take down orders just think they can memorize 2 entire sandwich orders with customization, then proceed to make sandwich however they please anyway with no consideration of what you’ve asked for. Ruined my lunch date with my wife will not be returning to this location as this is not a one time thing. Extremely disappointed

Very clean and friendly establishment. Ive only had my order messed up once . In the few years ive been going. And it was a training day. So i wasn't that upset. They remade it and even gave me a cookie !

Not the best Jimmy John's in the world but they do a fairly decent job. Orders are always accurate. Most of the time they are quick with the orders but I have had some slower orders.

I’ve watched this location close early with an elderly person at the door. Honestly just refusing her service within serving hours. She knocked on the door and they just stood there and ignored her. Because of that I will never buy anything or order anything from this location ever again. It was just wrong the way it was handled.

I've worked at a lot of JJs in my 20s. They are pretty rigorous for appearances and employee attitudes right next to product expectations. This JJ hits all the marks they should.Vegetarian options: I've worked there, I know nothing you wouldn't already expect to have animal products has anything. The service specialist will be sure to help you pick what's right for you.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and not a lot of stuff that's easy to grab or knock over...except the chips and cookies sitting out... So much for freaky fast. Placed an order on line it said ready in 10. I sat in the store for 20 minutes so 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. All the guy behind the counter said is my bad. Never again.3 people working all they were doing is talking and ignoring customers.
