I have been this JJ TODAY THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT and so chipper best JJ ever I have gone and the wing was so crispy and the fish too!! I love it THANK YOU JJ FOR SUCH!! A GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE!!!

First off, the chicken is always cooked good.
The last 4 times I’ve ordered off Uber the chicken is never seasoned correctly. Today I ordered extra lemon pepper and even a lemon pepper cup, I received neither on the order. French fries were cooked decent today but other times they taste raw and unseasoned. I spent $20 on 10 dry chicken wings. Why do you guys not change the menu on Uber, you guys don’t put any white bread in the boxes so why lie and say it comes with the food(why continue to say you are reds jj fish and chicken on Uber when you aren’t)? If I order the 6 wing box combo on Uber one box comes completely unseasoned. Without fail the last 4 times I’ve ordered at this location atleast half the order comes unseasoned. The inside of the store is awful. The rugs and carpets stick to your feet, nothing inside looks like it’s been cleaned in ages, and the cashiers do not address you when you come in, you have to go to them. Will not order from here again.

Man what the heck happened to this Jjs , I used to go here like every weekend but over the past few years this place has gotten horrible. They hang up the phone when u try to call, some staff is polite others rude over the phone. I’ll just go to the Waukegan one from now on

I stopped in for lunch today! I ordered a three piece catfish meal. The man taking my order was very nice. The food was absolutely delicious!

Ordered the 2 item combo, a 2ltr of sprite and a pizza puff with fries. What i received was a 2ltr of strawberry lemonade and mozzarella sticks with fries. The mozzarella sticks were nasty. . Tried calling the restaurant to complain and they kept hanging up on me without even answering the phone.

The actual combo was decent, the tenders were chewy, but the wings were pretty good.

Owner reached out to me and hes going to comp my order next time I order as a way to make up for the messed up order.
