First off, the chicken is always cooked good.
The last 4 times I’ve ordered off Uber the chicken is never seasoned correctly. Today I ordered extra lemon pepper and even a lemon pepper cup, I received neither on the order. French fries were cooked decent today but other times they taste raw and unseasoned. I spent $20 on 10 dry chicken wings. Why do you guys not change the menu on Uber, you guys don’t put any white bread in the boxes so why lie and say it comes with the food(why continue to say you are reds jj fish and chicken on Uber when you aren’t)? If I order the 6 wing box combo on Uber one box comes completely unseasoned. Without fail the last 4 times I’ve ordered at this location atleast half the order comes unseasoned. The inside of the store is awful. The rugs and carpets stick to your feet, nothing inside looks like it’s been cleaned in ages, and the cashiers do not address you when you come in, you have to go to them. Will not order from here again.

Man what the heck happened to this Jjs , I used to go here like every weekend but over the past few years this place has gotten horrible. They hang up the phone when u try to call, some staff is polite others rude over the phone. I’ll just go to the Waukegan one from now on

I stopped in for lunch today! I ordered a three piece catfish meal. The man taking my order was very nice. The food was absolutely delicious!

Ordered the 2 item combo, a 2ltr of sprite and a pizza puff with fries. What i received was a 2ltr of strawberry lemonade and mozzarella sticks with fries. The mozzarella sticks were nasty. . Tried calling the restaurant to complain and they kept hanging up on me without even answering the phone.

The actual combo was decent, the tenders were chewy, but the wings were pretty good.

Owner reached out to me and hes going to comp my order next time I order as a way to make up for the messed up order.

The chicken wings are the same size as a quarter and dried out like beef jerky. Please do not waste your money in this establishment. They have no pride in service or food. This is not the same JJs that used to be there at that location. I feel completely ripped off having to pay full price for wings that are the size of a thumb. Shame. I even placed a shrimp for comparison. No wing should be the same size as the small shrimp they have. Unbelievable.

Took forever to get order and was over cooked

Fish extra hard. Chicken was for sure twice cooked. Wasted most of it. Was unable eat it. Had visitors from out of town and I was embarrassed of my food choice. He wanted fish and chicken that his state dont have. 3 dinners $60.00. We still had to buy other food.

This place AGAIN closed early on a Thursday. They are not worth the trouble guy's. The food is sub standard and they aren't hate their jobs so much they close whenever they want. Which is their right. But why be open at all if the food and service sucks.

The fish is disgusting. It is over fried and low quality. It made my best friend sick and could tell the fish was old and looked brownish gray. The fries were ok amd sure the chicken was ok too. BUT DONT EAT THE FISH!

I ordered a gyro and got 4 pieces of meat and a pinch of onions and a big peace of bread with no sauce. I live in Wisconsin I’m very disappointed I’ve ordered from here before and never ever had a problem with my order. They got free money basically but I’ll tell you one thing never ordering from here again.
