I did have a good experience with the workers. I thought they were really nice. The food is the worst I've ever had from a KFC, though...I'm not sure what the problem was. The chicken tenders were weirdly rubbery and very tiny. I've never had them taste like that. They were so different I almost didn't even recognize them, and there were only 4 when I paid for a 5 piece meal. The fries were soggy and bland. The mac n cheese had a gross cottage cheese texture...just not as solid as usual. Nothing had any flavor except the biscuit, which was miraculously perfect. Not sure what went wrong otherwise lol. Location in Waukegan on Lewis Ave is way better, but their drivethru was closed today so I decided to try this one.

I could see they were short staffed I think it was 3 ppl but, they definitely kicked butt on getting orders out and correctly and with a positive attitude the girl taking orders was so nice she gave me a small Lemonade because when I finally got to the window as they were literally that busy my blood sugars went low and she said don't worry about and to drive safe I mean van do customer service b4 I could do fast food so I have respect for them ????? under appreciated job

This KFC has gone down hill in the last couple years , I do love KFC so I go back every once in a while and it is the same , my chicken is usually soggy not crispy , the coleslaw is barely cold and the biscuit has come half hard ? Reheated !!!!
