Placed my pizza order at 11:20, restaurant closes at 12:00 am, said my order would be ready at 11:30-11:40, went to pick it up and drive through was closed and a sign was posted saying to go inside, tried to go inside and doors were locked, knocked and no answer, i saw people were inside and no one answered the door, kept knocking and no answer, i got there at 11:40 to pick it up, i called and no one answered, thy took my money and accepted my order and i didn’t get my pizzas or my money back

Lines are way too long and when mobile order says it’s ready, it’s not even ready by the time I arrive. Whatever happened to their slogan “HOT-N-READY” cuz it’s a lie here at the Zion location

I have no idea what happend but they have managed to mess up our entire order. The image is supposed to be crazy bread! No clue what they smothered on it but it was disgusting.

11/24/2025 I went in to order 5 pizzas for my daughter after school program I was greeted by a young lady name Mya but the supervisor there at the time came to the front only to be rude and racist. I will never buy from this store again! They was a hit and miss anyhow’ they pick and choose what time they open! I have never in my life been treated like that at this place. I asked her to speak with a manager and she informed me in the meanest way that she was the supervisor. I think her name was carol or something! She didn’t even wanna give me her name

I’m done with this place. I used to go there just to get a Italian Cheese Bread, small order. One time I placed and order online and when I got there (around 25 mins later) the restaurant was closed, there was an employee outside who told me someone would be here later if you want a refund, I didn’t go back cause I’m not fighting over 5 bucks.

Today was just BS, I placed the same order online at 6:00, I got there around 6:30 (time estimated by the app) and it wasn’t ready at all. I waited there and I got my food until 7:42!!! And I wasn’t the only one, a bunch of other people waited there almost the same amount of time. I could’ve canceled it and just go somewhere else but when I try to call the restaurant nobody answers. It’s just a terrible experience.

Ordered online, went through the drive thru, sat there for a few minutes, two employees saw me sitting at the window and nobody ever came. I waited for 20 minutes then I just left. They weren't even busy! Oh well avoid this place if you can.

The pepperoni was burned well all the pizza was burnt trying to call 20 minutes nobody answer so I have to drive back and the employee look the pizza and he apologize and make me a fresh one but normally it's horrible the service there.

Horrible management there are always behind orders this was my 2nd time trying to order there and the time kept changing and u had a doordashed telling me they are 2hrs behind if you can't keep up with the orders hire more people and manage the place better very disappointing for now on i will be ordering from a different little caesars

Because you cannot give zero stars. If this is a corporate location, intervention is needed immediately. Incredibly poor management, staff and inconsistent food, business hours and operations. This location is consistently closed during business hours, doors are locked and horrible customer service when their are employees there. I will only go to the location on lewis in waukegan going forward. I at least have half a chance of placing an order and actually receiving food. Corporate- listen to the people. Something is broken. Fix it. This is not new, this has been ongoing and you allow it to happen. Unacceptable.

If i could leave 0 stars i would!!!! Placed an order online and paid went to pick it up and the store was closed and locked...i have called and tried to get refund only to be told the manager has to deal with that...well how am i supposed to get a refund if theres no one at the store. 😡 its the weekend as well so i can call coorprate....this is rediculous.

This place is the absolute worst. They have the most excessive wait times and whenever the staff asks you. If you are picking up or if you are placing an order as soon as you tell them you're picking app an order. They go nonverbal and they do not even assist you with getting your order. 0 out of 10 do not recommend
