I asked for another and ready and was told there were none. I THINK she said it'd be 10 minutes for a pizza but I couldn't hear her between her conversation. So I left.

No tomato sauce on pizza. Crust not fully cooked, doughy. Slices were flat, flimsy and soggy. No mozzarella cheese. The cheese was runny. We could only eat 2 slices. For the restaurant not having a working drive thru and not being very busy, there is no excuse for making a bad pizza!!

My family is done using this location. I cannot believe how bad this location has gotten. If I could give a half star I would only because we did get something in the box that resembled a pizza. It was horribly assembled, an undercooked mess. Last time it was overcooked. Time before that the whole pizza was wrong. The pizza today was the last straw.

Hands down the worst fast-food experience in Zion. I have given this Little Caesars three shots over the past few years, and every visit has turned into a full sixty-minute ordeal. The Hot and Ready promise is a myth here. Staff never apologize, never explain, and look overwhelmed, as if management forgot to schedule a crew. The drive-through is comedy in slow motion; on two trips I watched the dashboard clock crawl past thirty minutes, then forty-five, without a single word from anyone inside. It feels like management either chases workers away or just refuses to hire enough people to run the place. Until they fix staffing and basic customer service, my pizza money is going elsewhere.
I will never be going back here. I ordered 3 pizzas at 3:00, and was told they’d be ready by 3:48. I got there at 3:51 and waited another 30 minutes inside before even receiving the food. I go home and open the box to see the pizzas weren’t cut correctly and were not fully cooked. Tried calling the restaurant to get a refund and got no response. Absolutely abhorrent.

Sorry not sorry I don’t know wassup with these workers .. they are lazy and can’t get a simple order CORRECT ! this my first & last ever returning here I ordered two pizzas they didn’t have barley a lick of sauce on them and my pizzas were burnt & cut ridiculously uneven . You all need to hire people that are going to take there jobs seriously I hope this location shuts down
