Change your management, improve customer service standards. If you’re not excited to have a job maybe McDonald corporate hiring policy should change. McDonald’s standards are so different from Zion vs Evanston. The food, quality and service quality. Is there equal opportunity in the hiring process?

ordered on uber eats and took a 45 min delay. then canceled it to say somebody stole my order. than didn’t think to remake it and hand it back out

I went here after work around 3am was going to get a simple mcchicken, fries and a drink and sure enough the place was closed why lable it as 24 hours when it's not. So don't here in the am

The service I received today on 02/13/2025 from EGDAR was very unprofessional. I went though the drive through for food, paid and realized all of my items were not in the bag. I made it home, had to go back. I went back and told Edgar my order was incorrect, I was missing food I had paid for. He told me to come to the window and we would figure it out. I told him I paid for an item and he forgot to add an item. He told me no I didn’t you NEED TO PAY ATTENTION, I said excuse me don’t talk to me that way. He told me he could refuse me service and SLAMMED THE WINDOW IN MY FACE. I told the manager on duty, she said she would talk with him. She took my payment and messed my order up also.

Absolutely no reason it should take 8 minutes for someone to take my order and than wait 12 minutes at the window waiting to pay and get my food drove off as I was on lunch break horrible service
I placed an order and they forgot the large fries I paid for. Tried calling and the lady said she would take care of it but never asked my name or order number to get the fries or credit my card. Now they don’t even answer the phone. The food was cold and disgusting. I will never order from them again
