Wow!! The best fettuccine Alfredo I have ever had!!! They were very busy and the service was exceptional. We sat out on the deck with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. Our waitress Tanesha was the best!!!
Thank you

My wife and I like to support new business. Our waitress was very kind. Asked for our food to be hot and it was hot. I ate Classic Hamburger and Fries, my wife had Chicken Alfredo and we ordered two Lake Michigan Waters (Spirits). All was great. Looked out the windows to Lake Michigan, relaxed and enjoyed our meal. Thank You for your kindness and good food.
Parking: Parked towards front entryway and restaurant straight ahead. Nolan's very nice, elegant. Enjoyed. Hope You Enjoy also.

Insanely overpriced salads—poor quality. Totally a bagged salad with bottled dressing, wilted leaves and gnats buzzing around. Baked potato had a funky texture—possibly just microwaved? The rolls weren’t warmed either which was a bummer. I would not recommend this place or ever go again. Had “Chinese restaurant (smell) mixed with a hospital” vibes. Didn’t seem very clean. Prices were insane for the quality. I would rather have Taco Bell.

I admit to enjoying the beautiful beach location on the lake for its own sake, but the food and drink only added to it. The wife and I returned for breakfast after having had dinner the day before, and the breakfast sandwich was excellent. The Nolan Sunrise was a nice touch in particular. Would definitely recommend the drive out.

So much potential. Only one server who doubled as a bar tender on a Friday night during summer.
Out of stock of the drink I ordered. They didn't have the shrimp that was offered on the menu, only coconut shrimp. So I ordered a burger, cooked medium. It was burnt to a crisp.
No one received refills even though we were there for 2 hours. Nothing seemed to be working including the printer that prints your check so you can finally escape to get something to drink.
The server did her best and never let a smile fall from her face. That's the only positive thing I have to say.

Our wedding was booked at this venue in 2020. The hotel canceled our event due to facility issues and we have never received our deposits of $7,000+ back. I have been trying to get this back for years. I have written confirmation from the hotel manager and event coordinator that we would be getting our money back, that the check was in the mail, and then silence. DO NOT TRUST THIS VENUE WITH YOUR MONEY!
The staff and atmosphere are excellent. I love being so close to the lake while enjoying a meal. Prices are reasonable for the location and the dishes I have had so far have been great.

The room was terrible, no frig and nothing was clean. Dirty towels still in bathroom, floors sticky and not vacuumed. Reservations was messed up and booked over a month ago. We cut our trip short and left early am, they provided no receipt and was charged more than what they told us!
They leave bottles of mayo out in this tray in the sun. It was warm yesterday and I told someone to toss it. Today its sitting out again.Breakfast is old stuff sitting in a warmer, and old fruit leftover from breakfast two days before.

I stayed here a month ago. It was under new management and it felt they were really trying to overcome a neglected hotel in paradise. The location is beautiful. That stay was nice and I felt like I wanted to support it. This time they put me in a room with a view of the swimming pool roof (supposed to be park view}. Hotel has many open rooms, but it felt like I was being punished for not paying the higher room rate. It feels like they’ve given up already. I will be staying in this area regularly, but am questioning my choice of hotel.

Our family spent 4 nights here and had a great experience! The hotel has been recently renovated, and while some things are still being worked on everyone went out of their way to be helpful! The views are beautiful (worth paying the extra for the lake view). We stayed in a King suite which included a refrigerator and microwave. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very large! They do not have the staff to clean the rooms daily, but will clean them if you ask. You can also ask for extra towels if you need them. It was great to be steps from the beach. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service was great. We will be back!!
I used to stay long-term at this hotel about 5 years while working nearby. I always had good vibes and you could almost expect to see the Rat Pack walking through the lobby. The restaurant was top notch - great menu and food. The bar was quaint, but fabulous and the view was soothing. Then they went under new ownership and were upgrading the rooms, pool, etc. I called ahead to make sure they were open and that the restaurant and bar would be open. I was told that absolutely, everything was open except for the pool. Well, it turns out the restaurant and bar were not open after Sunday breakfast until Wednesday. I booked a 5-night stay so no food or drinks om Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. When I finally went to the restaurant/bar on Wednesday night, the menus had changed. More bar food than the previous home-cooked menu. It was obvious that the meals were of the 'microwaveable' variety. The selection of liquor was horrible. The rooms were not upgraded; they looked the same as when they did five years ago. When I checked out at 0500 Friday morning, the kid at the desk said he could not print a receipt and offered to e-mail me the receipt. When I questioned his inability to print he said it would take 15 minutes to warm up the computers and printers. Strange - why wouldn't he have the stuff up and running. Anyway, I did not receive a receipt which I need for expenses, so I was forced to drive out there later to get a printed receipt. Never again will I stay there. It is a dump with horrid service. The view was the only reason I gave it a 2-star instead of a 1-star.
Service was extremely slow and there was only one other table of 10 there that had already eaten. We couldn’t even get water for at least 10 minutes. My prime rib was cold and the sauce was extremely thick with Worcestershire. The slice itself was very thin. We were a table of 4 and once 2 of us were served the other 2 had to wait about 10 more minutes for theirs. I personally will not return. The Bloody Mary was just terrible!
