I recently visited the Zion location and order a large mac & cheese(6+ dollars for a large). My drive thru service was great, but the size of a large is ridiculous. The large is basically for one person. I had issue before with this location, but this time its overall popeyes as a company charging more for less

It was a deal buy one get one free on instacart bone in. I got a 4 piece and the wing looks like someone ate off it. If they didn't have what i wanted than refund me my money, don't just give me what you want. I will be contacting cooperate.

I know this location has a few bad reviews, but I'm telling you-this is the best Popeyes location hands down! Chicken is always fresh and hot, sandwiches are juicy, always smells great and looks clean inside the restaurant, and the staff is always attentive! We have been to this location multiple times in the last couple years, and they have never disappointed us!

I am so disappointed in the Popeyes in Zion. I ordered a 10 piece Family meal. Now how are 4 people suppose to share a less than half large mac n cheese (+.50 up charge) and a 2/3 large mashed potatoes. The chicken was ok, but not great! This is not the first time. I stopped going to Waukegan’s. This one will be next! Grade F!

I ordered 6 Chicken Dippers.
I guess this Popeyes doesn't know how to count because they gave me 5 Chicken Dippers and forgot to give me the 6 Ranch that comes with it.
Uber Eats won't dont anything about it because it's a non refundable item through a promotion.
The food tastes good because... well, it's Popeyes. Except for one of the wraps because it was extremely hard and uneatable. They also put a chicken Dippers inside of the wrap as a joke it seems.
The service was great! Quick and the worker had a phenomenal attitude 😁

Went in for the first time ever ordering from Popeyes. After ordering my order, i was met with a hostile tone from the drive-thru worker who looked to me a manager. Before I even paid, she was mocking me from when I ordered to when I pulled up to the window. Will not be ordering from this location again as the staff was unprofessional mocming customers to their face.

I’ve picked up orders from here on Uber eats. Today I ordered for myself at 11:20am. I paid for two sides of fries, one with the meal and an additional side order, and received no French fries at all. Just two containers of potatoes. I also ordered hot honey lemon pepper sauce. Didn’t receive that either. It came in a massive bag, but the order was missing half the items I paid for. Just chicken potatoes and a drink. Using a big bag and forgetting half the order is criminal. And the worst part about is the quality control person did not read the order she or he taped onto the bag because they would have noticed it. Scam fast food restaurant just the like the other Popeyes and both of the Zion McDonalds restaurants.

Ordered boneless wings, they were out of every sauce i wanted... get home and they gave me these sad, broken up bone in wings with bones broken all through them. Absolute waste of my money
