Girl at the drive through was extremely rude, when I realized I forgot to add a combo and mentioned I wanted one more thing AT THE DRIVE THRU speaker she acted like it was a nuisance and gave me an attitude and then she still gave me attitude when I was paying my order, really ruined my evening after having a hard day, I’ve worked fast food and it’s literally not hard to press a few more buttons, if it’s really that hard for her then she needs a different job

This is not the first time it has happened to me at this Zion location. But I tried to give Popeyes the benefit of the doubt. Especially when I pay literally over 15 dollars for a meal. But the chicken always undercooked. Nobody wants undercooked meat. I want a refund I still have the food if you want it back! But no seriously people can really get sick like this. Meat was slimy the skin just falls right off.

So I ordered online the driver put in on my front porch the order was not complete I call the store and he says I have to come get the rest of my food I PAiD to have it delivered!
Never again!!!! Red beans and rice smelled spoil. Chicken tenders was cold and no taste smh. I will continue to travel to North Chicago or Keno.
