This past November during "free holiday cup day" marked the first time visiting this location which I already like.I really like the interior decor of this particular site, not that any location I've been to had a vibe I didn't like.My wife purposely sent me here being she mentioned she wanted a holiday cup with a purchase of a seasonal holiday drink.Not sure about all the negative reviews about the famed coffee giant but I can't say I've had a bad experience with customer service at any location.Prices have gone up but that's pretty much anywhere you go these days whether it's cars, homes, department/grocery stores or restaurants whether franchise or local-owned.The quality of Starbucks from the beverages, the food to the service has always remained solid which has always been their strong point.The customer service here shines and whenever I've driven by this location which is typically a couple of times a week on average, there's always plenty of vehicles in the parking lot.
This Starbucks is the best I've ever been to! Great staff and awesome atmosphere. Zion is so lucky to have them!!!

If you come just use the drive thru. Their focus is on dive thru and inside customers come second. Each time I visit my food takes 5-10 min and my drinks get cooler while waiting. While I see quick moves to support the window the inside space is leftover.They only have a single trash can inside the restaurant so I also take that to mean they don’t want you to stay.Although they have a very comfortable inside space for working, meeting, relaxing with your coffee.

Jéla came through like she had known for yearsBasically, I wanted a Dirty Dosed CinderellaThink Cinderella = #Pumpkin (while supplies last) & #White#Mocha (pumps qty your choice) + #Blonde Shots of EspressoThink Dirty = adding a pump or two of ChaiFo sho Dosed = ask the order taker to "Updose" the Blonde Shot... It pulls just a bit more caffeine from the shots, it pulls in 2's, it's more affordable than an extra shot, and it's so smooth!Vegetarian options: I believe the Impossible Sandwich comes close (plant_based). Mocha Syrups have dairy.Dietary restrictions: Go for the Non-Dairy for a smooth adjustmentParking: 2 dozen spots. Sidewalk path. Entrance & exit available apart from the Drive-Thru LaneKid-friendliness: Clean & comfy interior. Many parking spaces, along sidewalk, to book it to the door. Furniture is wooden like our old schoolhouse desks. Watch out for metal frame display case near door & cashier.Texture galore for stimulus.Wheelchair accessibility: Park spots close to door, visible, audible with texture, door opens easy open & close despite the wind, doesn't smack.

For a 12$ coffee I’m just drinking grounds… paid 12$ yesterday 4 dollars for extra shots of espresso was given no expresso usually I don’t write reviews but this Starbucks is highway robbery man. Never in my life have I spent so much money and not gotten a decent coffee once :(

Horrible. We got an apple crisp oat milk latte. Remember this was oat milk, anyway we had to wait fifteen minutes for two drinks and then when we got our latte they put whipped cream in a dairy free latte. I’m glad they fixed it but seriously.
