Extremely slow. Only 3 employees and no manager. Employees lackadaisical attitude angered not just myself but several other customers waiting for their food. Two customers ordered online and were waiting 45 minutes, and I git my order before them. If there was a way to cancel my order and get a refund I would have done so, but I bet refunds can only be authorized by the non-existant manager. I would normally demand an apology, but I'm certain the company just doesn't care.
Service sucked. Made me wait so long for my pickup order in the parking lot. I could see the employee inside just messing around and not making the food. How is this fast food if they are going make us wait for this long. I would give it zero stars if I could.what’s the point of ordering thru the app if they are going to take this long. Update once I received the order they messed up the order with them putting nothing in the Chulapa other than the beans and one of the chulapa had beef into when we clearly said vegetarian. Oh and they didn’t take sour cream off the potato fiesta.

As a vegetarian, this is the only Taco Bell I trust 100% to follow my accommodation requests. The guy that works PM drive through most nights is my goat. I prefer to only ever eat at this location. My cheese only stacker I’m eating rn is filled to the brim and inspired this review. Yall are the best❤️

Terrible experience in the drive-through at around 10:00pm on August 21st. Ordered three items and got to the window to pay for my meal. I forgot to order something and although there was absolutely no one behind me in the drive-through, the employee would not allow me to add to my order and told me that I had to go through the drive-through again to make a second order for the item I forgot. I rarely will leave a review on Google and when I do, it is typically a very positive review. The employees demeanor, and this illogical “policy” prompted me to share my experience. Do better.
Went in around 8:45pm on Wednesday the 21st. Ordered 5 tacos, all with modifications, and a large drink. Despite the kiosk asking you what sauce you want and what drink, the people behind the counter do not actually do those parts of the order. Completely understandable and that’s not even the issue. Every single of one the tacos were cold as hell. I ate two before the taste was just off putting. One of the tacos I could not even peal off the package because for some reason it was cold, extremely soggy, and wet? All of the meat inside the tacos were very cold. I come here in the mornings and during the day and it is most definitely still kinda warm by the time I get home 5 minutes away. Will not be eating at this Taco Bell or the McDonald’s across the street out of spite.
Inside this Taco Bell is always clean though and the staff are friendly.

better than most taco bell locations ive been too but lately they have been so skimpy on the sauce, in the past they used to give you a good amount of sauce packets but now they are so cheap with it, asked for extra fire sauce only got 3 packets, come on people give me my dang sauce

Made me order from the kiosk and got attitude like I was an idiot when I wanted to order at the counter. What next are they going to have you cook and prepare the food your buying to save on employee costs. Then messed up my entire order forgetting my frozen drink then trying to give me a small when I ordered a large and was so frustrated didn't check the bag and half my food was missing when I got home.But the food I did get was good.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with extra meat and extra sour cream they for sure gave me half of one serving of meat in the crunch wrap supreme super disappointing as I drove out the way past the Waukegan Taco Bell just to avoid getting my meal messed up and this location is usually my go to in the area

They make you order from a Kiosk. Will not take your order in person. The food is still the same price tho. I’d order from a screen if the food was cheaper. So they get to not pay someone and have you do their job. Otherwise it’s a Taco Bell. You know why you’re there.

One of the best Taco Bells I've ever had. (Thats saying alot) We had a large order and everything was spot on. They were very quick and extremely nice.
The food was super delightful and delicious, and I can also say the same about the staff. Also, the tables were super clean.
