Horrible customer service with extremely disrespectful attitude. The Spanish girl Alex at the window needs training at how to handle customers that need assistance vs taking things personal and making it an argument, very unprofessional. Rosario, older Spanish lady instead of helping and deescalating the situation started talking in Spanish very rude n degrading like we’re not paying customers. We understand Spanish and the way she was expressing herself is not of someone that should to be working with the public. Such a shame and unacceptable behavior. Very sad to see Hispanics treat people this way specially with everything going on in our cities. What a disgrace and disappointment to have received such a treatment. Wendy’s has to do better with who they have representing them.

i just got served my food with a side of nasty attitude that i don’t remember asking for by a girl with long red fake curly hair gave me a small soda not even full and shut the window when i was asking her if it was a medium and rolled her eyes at me so rude !!!!!!

Every single time I order food from this Wendy’s they always forget at least 1 item. I tried going back for a refund of my food and was told there’s nothing they can do for me the girl that works there was rolling her eyes at me like I’m a nuisance but I’m a paying customer. They need whole new staff in this place there staff is just so rude!
Nicole the General Manager is so helpful and kind!! She was kind enough to help when a doordasher ran off with my food 🤦♀️😭 the food was fresh and the drive through line was quick! Love this location!!

Here I am (well, one of my eyeballs made it in the pic anyway lol) at the greatest Wendy's location of all time! There are NO Wendy's near where I live, and we really wanted to try their new ice cream. So, I stopped at their Zion location, which is 25 minutes from my house, and they had a great idea—two cups with ice, and they placed two ice creams inside! The sundaes made the ride home without spilling and were a nice, cold, and delicious treat for me and my wife. Awesome employees, awesome service. I will absolutely travel back to this location again.
