The best bell pepper and onion steak I have ever tasted it. Was tender juicy, not overpowering, bell peppers, onions and the steak blended together. Great better than any other Chinese restaurant. I have ever been to and better than Golden Corral.
First off wow. Good tasting Chinese is so hard to come by in Indiana. This place hits all the spots for great taste customer service and bang for your buck. Idk how they have anything less then 5 star. You know the old saying the worst the outside looks and hole in the wall places the better the food? Well this is it!! Very authentic flair to food. Those who gave it 1 or 3 star because of the buffet, well it is small and there only open a few hours for it for lunch and dinner...
We love China Panda. We lived in Albany for years and frequently came to eat, but even after moving we make special trips just to come back. The family that run it are extremely polite and hard working. Best restaurant in Albany hands down.
